Daniel Goleman is one of my favorite writers for managers, leaders, and professionals. Watch this video and, if you like the ideas and want to expand them fully, take a look at his book: geni.us/5ziIw
I understand as I said I would like to contact you. I’m very much interested in this topic and have some studies as well. I can give you my e mail address if you are willing to talk about it. Best regards
I have not worked with Herb Kelleher, so I cannot tell you. But, why assume he has to be one or the other. It is perfectly possible to be transformational leader AND a servant leader - or to be neither. He is a prominent US business leader, so I wam sure you will fimd plenty of opinions out there. And I'm guessing that, among the commentary, you have seen evindence for both approaches. If that is the case, I suspect he will use both styles of leadership at times, and sometimes both at the same time.

There's much more in it than just the 6 leadership styles!
I'll tell my students to watch your exceptional videos. They are great! Congrats!
Thank you very much, Liz.
Very good topic and good explanation but something is wrong with sound. Thank you
Thank you.
I can't hear anything wrong with the sound. For feedback to be helpful, we need to be specific. What is wrong with the sound?
By the way sir I would like to contact you related leadership subjects

Hi Mike one question on leadership style ...Is Herb Kelleher a transformational leader or servant leader ?
