We did white eyeliner on the inside rims of our lower lids in the 70's. It's been done. It probably was seen every few decades for thousands if years. Everything old is new again! : )

As a person of color I've always worn brown lipstick (90s to present) I also have to line my lip with a dark liner to get certain light colors to work cause I'm browner than fair completions...it was interesting to watch...but not a completely accurate...js
