Tickets , OSCE fees, food and accommodation… secondly if someone fails first attempt it would take another 1-2 months to get another exam date. So the expenses will also go up. Besides at the moment the vacancy for nurses is less as compared to past. Many nursing homes and NHS trust do not provide Certificate of sponsorship.
In newzeland also same thing is happening people have to spend more than 10 Lakhs .and nowadays they are going back and later they are applying for the job .Government changed the rules only because nurses where recruited to uk on free of cost but asoon as they reached here they are moving to other countries nhs trust me are loosing their money and the right candidates they are losing opportunity
