I agree with your selection of Niko’s. Was in Mykonos in early April of this year and it was their opening night. Really nice atmosphere, good food and friendly service.
We stayed in Boheme Mykonos during our honeymoon last year. As we were only on the island for a day and a half, we didn't get to explore much. But luckily enough, Boheme had great food and a decent view so we didn't feel like we missed out on much. Also, if you're into craft beer, Mykonos Brewing Company has a really great selection and staff that love their job.
I am wanting to celebrate my 30th birthday in Greece I would be visiting in early March, I was first considering Mykonos. I am now wondering which island would be best to visit at this time. I definitely want to be able to eat from a good selection of restaurants, as well as enjoy some shopping. I'm not sure if the weather will allow for seaside activities at this time in the year? What would you suggest for an early March vacation?
Santorini and Crete are the 2 only islands that remain partially open during the winter. All the other islands are completely dead. Hope this helps ! :-)

For vegan food the restaurant at Koukoumi vegan hotel is very good. And Rhino vegan street food in Mykonos-town is also ❤.
