I try to compete on a regular basis and the times that I was matched with heavier people due to no one showing up in my weight class I always had a much harder time dealing with the strength. Size matters but if you are skilled and technically sound you just have a better chance at beating bigger guys who are slower and have less skill so that’s the compensation.
