Good afternoon beautiful Amber with your glow! So true about the trash bags at the hotels. Thank you for sharing all these amazing finds for just about everything. You definitely are amazing at thinking for everything that everyone needs. You have a beautiful vacation and a blessed week.
Great tips! Loved your idea of packing towels in a vacuum seal bag! Regarding the hangers, if I am traveling domestically and plan to be there for at least a week, I will go to their local dollar tree and get hangers while I’m there and then leave them for the next person. That way I don’t have to pack them and I also know how many I will need. Secondly, if we are in a rental house and plan to cook, we usually need a small amount of some staple items like sugar, flour, oil, spices etc. so I like to pick as many of them as I can at the Dollar Tree. It’s perfect because they are usually smaller quantities so there is a lot less food waste and also less money.
I am loving the idea of the DT cheap backpack for shoes. Much more contained then simply putting shower caps over the bottoms which is usually suggested for DT travel vids.
Hi Amber 💕 I like the backpack idea for all the sandals for my dirty clothes I usually take those foldable pop-up laundry basket mine isn't so big so it fits perfect in my luggage TFS 💕
Enjoyed your video. I also appreciate that you talk slowly, clearly and a low volume for your voice. So many bloggers talk so load and fast. Very relaxing to to listen to you.
Great video, lots of helpful hints. I save hangers from dry cleaners and department stores and leave them at my destination. I try to leave as much as I can when I travel because I buy a lot of gifts and keep travel brochures etc for scrapbooks. God Bless!
Hi Amber....what great tips and ideas for travel...I hope you and your family are having a great time on vacation...thanks for sharing with us...stay safe.
I love the dollar tree for travel stuff, however there is some stuff you shouldn’t buy from dollar tree. Electronics (ear buds, power banks, chargers) etc. also off brand food/snacks. I have had snacks from the dollar tree that tasted stale and had unknown ingredients in them. Buying snacks from dollar tree is fine as long as it’s the name brand snacks. Don’t buy the knock off from dollar tree. There’s a reason why it’s $1. Not everything is with buying just bc its $1
my husband and i jusr came back from 8 days jn Cacun. we both had a stuffed backpack and 2 checked bags with 50 lb max limit. We still went over and had to pay 20 more dollars on the way home. We only bought a couple of things we brought back. How did you guys do with your 2 checked bags?
We ended up checking 3... and it was CLOSE coming home, like 49.5 lbs on our 2 big suitcases 😬. I try to leave things behind that we don't need (like floaties and sand toys, they had a bin of things that I assume had been left). But things like wet swimsuits souvenirs really do weigh you down! I really try to leave space when I pack anticipating that I'll be bringing things home, but it was harder this round with all 5 of us and 3 being kids that all needed their special stuffies and their blankets lol. We made it though!
@@AmbersToDoList It always sounds better in my head or on paper than it is LOL we are blessed to travel though. London and Paris girls trip coming up soon
I got the luggage tags from Dollar Tree, 2morrow I’m going back to find the satin pillowcase.
Travel hangers are available on Amazon; pack of 10-12, and not expensive. Fold up small and are awesome!

I love using the Backpacks for shoes and socks, they just work perfectly!
I use the pill cases for jewelry. They have them in the paint section too.

I agree!
I agree. Never buy electronics, knock off anything, food or anything that goes on your skin that is a non brand.

I enjoyed your video however you are a bit wordy. This is not mean - it is constructive criticism. Keep sharing
She was great. My only issue was her getting to the point at the two minute mark. Awesome tips, though - thank you.
