These videos have helped me so much. I am not a singer but I have 3 kids... 2 are autistic and music really connects me to them ...it really helps with increasing communication. My nonverbal daughter really loves when I do the rolling exercises 😂 I want to be a better singer for my little audience of three. ❤️❤️ A few days ago I heard my daughter try to sing Bruno Mars "Talking to the Moon" which I sing to her often
This is a lovely example of Passive Music Therapy! You're making your babies stronger with clinical techniques without even knowing it! Mr. Arceneaux actually has college buddies who are pursuing this exact kind of skill set. Kudos to you!
man, i swear to god, you literally upload a video talking EXACTLY about the issues i'm having within a week of them occuring. god dayum. you 're a legend, thanks!
Thanks so much, you are a great teacher, it's so easy to understand and follow along! I've been having a heck of a time with certain aspects of my voice day to day. I'm going back and forth to medical pros so I can get why's answered with daily congestions and swallowing, and doing pt on my traps. Learnin everything I can, no pain always the goal!
Thanks for this! I have decent development with belting and chest voice, but I’m trying to expand into my falsetto and high head voice notes. This was great for getting me started with falsetto!
Thank you so much for these tips Eric! Lately I've been working exactly on my falsetto, to make it even lighter, smoother! This is really a helpful video, thank you! 👍🏼👍🏼😎😎 Btw. Yearrrrsss ago I saw your video about you explaining doing lip trills every day for some years and completely transforming your voice! Gotta admit I did those, and I still do, different exercises on lip trills, and my voice has never been so controlled before.. even though I have classical roots and education in singing (:
Great advice! I used to sing falsetto way back, then I kinda lost it when I started developing my mixed and head voice. When I tried to sing falsetto, it felt heavy and it does not sound smooth. Following along with your video helped find that smooth tone again.
I Too, Lost My Falsetto! And Now That I Try To Do This Squeaky Voice Its All Breathy And No Vibration At All, Its All Air Comming Out! WHAT DO I DO HELP!
I’m not a voice doctor but does this have anything to do with fry. I’ve heard of high frying to get into passages starting in your high notes or is this something different from that.
Hey coach. A thing I think may work for other things is the 🤮 sound as when you're vomiting. I know it sounds wierd but maybe just the vowels sounds of the action if that makes sense. I find it connects me to my diaphragm is that true?
Holy crap. I just tried this. I definitely felt what you are talking about. Direct diaphragm pull from that. Now gonna try and translate it to singing.
The voice is never “ *naturally* cracky or breaky” in any register. Cracks/breaks are symptomatic of an imbalance in muscular effort and/or airflow. With that being said, unless the distortion is a result of an injury or medical condition, this will totally help 🙌🏽🙂

cool beans
is this like a falsetto vocal fry?
Hey Eric. What should I do if my falsetto sounds very nasal? Will this exercise help me or do I need to do something else?
I’m not a voice doctor but does this have anything to do with fry. I’ve heard of high frying to get into passages starting in your high notes or is this something different from that.

Hi Eric! Does this trick apply the same if my falsetto is naturally cracky and breaky?
