Would’ve been nice to see a recipe for the Ninja Woodfire Grill. I have trouble doing long smokes on it - I have seen several videos that show filling the pellet box, Smoke Ignition, heavy smoke coming out, filling the grill and it cooking until the smoke disappears. Then the influencer adds more smoke pellets, and it starts to smoke again. That hasn’t worked for me. The food finishes cooking but it doesn’t burn off the secondary pellets. What am I doing wrong??

Picanha is a winner for sure. Americans are lucky cos it's not very well known in the US so prices are not soaring (yet).
Wait until it becomes more popular.
In Brazil it is relatively expensive around U$ 10.00 / lb (compared to other cuts of meat which are normally in the range of U$ 4-6/lb),
because all brazilians know and love it, and since there's only 5 or 6 lbs of picanha per animal, demand vs offer drives prices up inevitably.
Also loved the side dishes and I intend to try them on my next barbecue. Thank you!

You are cutting it wrong, picanha is cut with the grain into steaks and then only afterwards you cut it against the grain, that is how you do it in Portugal and Brazil.
