@Gymnastic Method Holy shit!!! Thank you! I think you just nailed all of my physical problems... apart from obesity. lol.... I soooooo want to work out but I can barely perform the simplest of daily life functions. EVERYTHING hurts. EVERYTHING tires me out... Even the simplest of tasks like... standing... washing dishes, serving food etc... you get the idea, yeah? And it's all, I believe, because my muscles.. my entire body is constantly tense/scrunched up. In karate, my training partner is constantly saying "You need to relax, mate... just relax." I'm like "SAY RELAX AGAIN MFKR!!" lol This explains it... through a couple of years of inactivity at home (including lockdown which meant no karate at all), I've fallen into some postural bad habits... sitting for hours on end on sofa with knees higher than waist, slouched over puter. My legs are weak as a kitten's.. can't even lunge or squat, hip flexors re redundant, back aches and is tensed up constantly... i spend every day 'driving with the brakes on'. Now I see why.... the muscles aren't being used the way they're meant to...not stretched, not flexed... it's like my body is straining just to keep everything together. I think this vid... especially the cycle of tension, pain, inflammation etc... explains exactly what i needed to see. Just recently bought chin up bar, rings and bands. This vid shows this is just what I need. Cheers.

Hi, I just discovered your channel, I was really hyped and looked a two or three videos and sadly got quickly annoyed because you spend half of the video repeating the intro in different ways before getting in to the subject. On several videos that amounts to a lot. I hope you receive this as a friendly feedback, as I said, I’m quite happy to have discovered your Chanel.
