  • My Aloe Ferox looks so happy in my garden but I'm afraid they will not continue to looks happy during winter . I decided to repot it so I can move it to dry place when the weather becomes wet and humid. #zone9 #succulentlover #mygarden #succulents #succulentscare #aloe #aloeferox

Hi Mimi, I got one of these (Aloe ferox) and an Aloe marlothii through the mail a few days ago and potted them up with desert/succulent potting mix into large terra cotta pots. They are quite large (appox. 1' tall x 1' wide). I got them from Happy Valley Plants in AZ. I was very pleased with them and they look so bold and majestic along with the rest of the plants on my patio. Enjoy your videos and keep them coming! 🪴🌵

You are right. It confused me at the beginning. Now their shape has changed . It has lost the fan shap.

How you can distinguish if it's marlothi or ferox when it's so young plant?
