Recently, Nintendo released a new copyright directive authorizing UA-cam Creators to post Gameplay from the moment it is creative imput and work well. Which is the case on my videos since it's from my own experience and since these video will help people to find what I've been preparing about theory and stuff and can give these video link to actual proof of a theory video that I will make especially with Pokémon. I did the same thing
I wanted Reshiram as it was my favourite of the two at the time so I decided to get white only to be disappointed. Then when black and white 2 were announced I decided to use reverse psychology and get black 2 in order to get reshiram only to yet again be disappointed. Had I only looked at the covers but then again this is how Zekrom became my favourite between the two.

@@danielmunoz1275 Based on the look of Brilliant Diamond/Shining Pearl And Legends: Arceus, I’m worried that they’ll ruin Black and White (which was my first main-series Pokémon game.) But I also want to see if they’ll give more backstory on Kyurem, Reshiram, and Zekrom (and possibly show what the original dragon looked like) and or more of N’s backstory.

I remember sneaking the DS into my room past my bed time, plugged my earbuds in and prepared for what I thought was the best intro I have ever seen in my life! I remembered the company intros, hummed to the intro, read the text out loud and then hit the A button as fast as I can to hear Zekrom roar.

The two titans that made my childhood awesome. Thanks black and white (black 2 and white 2 as well) for all the fun I had, even when times were tough.

Sad. I was born in 2007 so i couldn't get these masterpieces. I'm 13 year old now and i'm trying to beat all pokemon games. So i'm going to ask my dad for pokemon white, white 2, platinum, heart gold, to my beloved 3ds
@@farofa2843 Same here! 14 years old. Playing through these on an emulator though, because I don't have a DS, and even if I did, Nintendo only became "popular" (still not as popular as in your countries because of the price) with the release of Nintendo Switch.

the intro is so cryptic, it stuck with me so well cus i wanted to know more about this story of this mysterious man giving what looks like his son the heir to some legacy.
Zekrom still stands as the most badass legendary Pokémon design imo

@@facade2027Yeah i named my reshiram Seraph lmao, it looks like a badass angel (or jet when you see the smaller sprite in your party)
I can't choose between them, both are awesome and strong and i was able to use both. Reshiram in Black and Zekrom in Black2. This is the only time where i like both box art legendary which I can't choose a favorite from, but i do like Reshiram and Zekrom more than Kyurem but my dude has some crazy backstory and very cool too.
The tao trio is perfection and my favorite legendary trio.
People don't give gen 5 enough credit. It introduced hidden abilities. They were a pain to get but dam it was so cool to have a ninetales with drought or a politoed with drizzle
And thus the weather format was born
And this intro really pushed the DS to it’s best performance. Yeah, DPP had a 3D animation with the Pokémon, but for some reason this one still impressed me more.
I also wanted to thank this generation (my version was Black) for finally making TMs work like HMs, customizing the movesets of pokemon was very fun compared to my experiences in Red, Gold, and Platinum.

I will never forget the day I first booted up Black Version and laid eyes on what would become my all-time favorite Pokémon, Reshiram. Such nostalgia.
The story was phenomenal.

NGL. Looking back, I miss the feeling I got turning on the next Gen's game for the first time and seeing a Title Screen like these.
Playing this game blind in 2011 was something to behold, as a diehard Pokemon fan, the intro caught me so offguard because instead of getting a cinematic showcase of the new player characters, region, starters, etc. we get the mysterious and almost ominous yet glorious scene where N is crowned king of Team Plasma, 11 year old me was so amazed by what i was watching, that i knew, i was gonna love this game from beginning to end, and i still do, it makes me wanna cry, because i miss this era, 2011-2012 were truly great years.

My only pet peeve about these two games specifically is the fact that the only way you can get Zorua and Zoroark is by transferring Celebi and the event shinies of Entei, Suicune, or Raikou and you can't do that until the post game. Seriously those two are my second favorite dark type Pokémon and were one of the main reasons I got those games. At least in Black 2 and White 2 you get a Zorua from the one sage that is still loyal to N

While it's sequel's intro focused much more into revealing story info, this one is much more blunt into what it tells, since it much more fast pace.
Before gen5 my absolute favorite Pokemon was Ninetales, but as soon as I saw Reshiram on the cover of black, I just knew Ninetales got put on second place. And it's awakening animation just settled it. Such a gorgeous and beautiful Pokemon

I love how a haxorus is using dragon pulse when he is a pure phisical type pokemon and has near the same ATK(147) as zekrom(150) and 60 of special ATK
Well Iris’s Haxorus knows Dragon Pulse in the anime. And even if its special attack is rather pitiful, the move itself gets STAB.
I love that me and my brother both had these games at the same time. Him white version and me black version. It was so fun to be able to play our games together and battle one another from time to time. Such nostalgia😩
B/W are the only pokemon games i can play through as many times as i want without getting bored, i just love about every city
something I feel doesn't get said enough (imo) about B&W is how absolutely bombastic the theme songs are. it makes sense to me because they're in "america" and everything has to be big and loud here lol
When you really think about it, the Pokémon Main Theme of Black and White really is the Main Theme 2.0 of the franchise... Because every other media (ESPECIALLY the anime) uses this theme remastered in everything else.

It was entralink, a way to play with other players and to complete missions together with wifi
it's the middle island in unova which you cannot access because online on ds games were canceled
It's called Entralink in which you complete some tasks,look on the BW Town Map and go to the huge Pokéball section in the middle that is the Entralink.
Hopefully GameFreak does this game justice when/if it gets remade for the switch..seeing as it’s one of its most popular in the franchise
I miss this gen for several reasons but based off the title screen alone, I miss the sheer spectacle of seeing a legendary pokemon in 3d. Something that was never done before up til now. Seeing pokemon actually. Move and animate in black and white was so amazing as a young fan, to feel like its somehow come to life. Recent games are just not the same. Everything's 3d, the schedule for games is a lot tighter and it doesn't leave much room for interesting exploration or storytelling. Idk, BnW is next on the remake list so... let's hope they don't mess this up.

I recently saw someone recreate the title screens and something about how severely black and white the original models looked, the closeness of the camera shots, and the way Zekrom's eyes in particular look just,,, look more alive to me?
In the recreations they just looked like they were standing there and staring blankly, but in the originals it somehow felt like they had so much presence that some shots gave the illusion that they might actually be looking at you as the camera swept by.
Kudos to the animator that tried to recreate it ofc. I just prefer the originals. :P
I think part of what makes the dragons look more alive here is that they + the camera shots help make it feel like they're naturally hunched over from carrying their own weight instead of being made of perfectly suspended plastic...?
I’m back for our national anthem and remembering how when my grandma took me to GameStop to pick a Pokémon game, I looked at Black and White and she was like “you can only pick one” and I looked at Zekrom and thought “this one looks less scary”
Then when I played the game and saw N waking Reshiram I thought “oh it’s so beautiful I should’ve picked the other one…”
And now I watch these and think “I’m glad I picked Zekrom in the end bc it means so much to me now hgbdjghdjhgjfk”
They already had a perfect reshiram 3D model and somehow fucked it up in X&Y

Después de tanto pensar, me di cuenta, de que, no necesitamos un remake, de hecho, si se hace un remake, lo más probable es que sea de calidad cuestionable, sabiendo el comportamiento de gamefreak durante estos últimos años, lo que realmente necesitamos es disfrutarlo tal como está, una obra maestra junto con sus secuelas, muestra de lo que ha sido, y puede volver a ser gamefreak, si bien actualmente le va bien con la cantidad de ventas que tienen espada y escudo, nada podrá reemplazar la experiencia que se siente al jugar estos juegos, se que gamefreak va a hacer los remakes, eso tiene patrón, va por las generaciones más viejas hacia las más nuevas, aunque yo la verdad preferiría un port para switch del juego (aunque no tenga la consola xd) o jugarlo directamente desde mi teléfono o laptop através de los emuladores.

Here we experience the split nostalgia trips of 2 people who got only one of each game.
I’ve never played this game in my life because i was playing only Pokémon Pearl in my Nintendo DS Lite, in November 2022 after the Scarlet/Violet were released, I was waiting the Pokémon Black and White remake in 2024 but it doesn’t, it was Pokémon Legends Z-A.
They will release 2 unique region remakes on the same console the day after Gen 5 gets an RSE remake.
Seeing these two dragons appear on screen brought me to tears. This theme would also be a perfect intro for Star Wars!
It's sad that people didn't see it at the time, but Gen. 5 was quite possibly the best the Pokemon series has ever been.
It _would_ explain why Pokemon games have seemingly dropped in quality in the years since...
I mean, if you make a literal masterpiece and people crap on it, why put in the effort?
it was also the worst selling gen at the time (before x & y took that spot). so it was more of a reason why we have the mainline pokemon series as it is today :/

Gens 3-5 were Pokemon's golden era, my god what amazing games they made. I miss old school pokemon like this where amazing stories were told, creative pokemon designs that I still love to this day were made and for gen 5 after you beat the elite four it gave what I believe to be was one of the greatest plot twists of all time. It's just such a shame they downgraded so much, now it feels like you pay for a $60 merchandise advertisement.
What’s funny is Gen 5 was the last time we got actual Monster and Animal looking starter trio. A snake? A 4 legged Seal lion? A Monstrous boar?
Now a days Gen 6+ onwards have had the starters look way to humanoid, feminine and all bipedal. Like wtf Delphox has a skirt & wand, Primarina looks like a human fused with a seal & seems to wear a skirt aswell, and Rillaboom has Drums & Humaniod hair on its head, like wtf is up with starters holding objects now as part of there designs? I really despised Gen 6 onwards starters. (Aside from Chesnaught, Incenirorar, Cinderace, Inteleon and Skeledirge).
Honestly if it wasn’t for Zekrom’s edgy looking design I don’t think I would’ve been into Pokémon,my little brother gave me White after he couldn’t beat it and got bored (he’s bad at RPGs) he gave it to me. I actively hated Pokémon growing up but a free game is a free game so he gave it to me. Seeing Zekrom’s red eyes and black menacing stance. I instantly fell in love,the music and the teeth when he growls after you press A got me hooked right away
This does put a smile on my face.

I don't think anyone knows this, but the eye colors of these two dragons may be a foreshadowing for the next game, BW2. In fact, B2 Pokemon include blue, and W2 Pokemon include red.
