The small .3 mile loop is the Adaptive MTB trail - built specifically to allow handbikes, off-road trikes, etc a place to ride. Those skinny features are intended to get one wheel of a trike up onto.
I was there on Sunday. Im just getting started so i did several laps on the beginner loop. The parking lot was packed. I have a friend who works for Delaware EMS, he said he's pulled a ton of injured riders off the trails at Alum Creek. Im taking that to heart and really being careful to not ride above my ability.
Subbed! I recently got back into Mountain biking after years of not being on a bike. I was young and wasn't able to go anywhere outside of the Ashland area, but I look forward to hitting all these cool trails in Mohican. Great content
Nice overview! I rode P1 today and I like riding it to stay in shape, but on a hardtail, it is a constant hammering. There is a huge difference between P1, which is basically a converted hiking trail w/ no berms, no flow and obnoxious bridges at every gully versus a place like Bailey's w/ the engineering of a modern mtb trail system.
Hello you who wanted news of my purchase I recently bought the chisel comp and honestly I'm having a blast.. he is very playful and very rigid and I like its comfort very much, however I am going to change The Fork because when I travel long distances I feel that The Fork does not absorb shocks well.
hello always nice your videos about the chisel.. I'm satisfied with my chisel I'm going to change wheels and I'm going to install carbon rovals, what do you think? and you are going to proceed with modifications to your chisel?
Hey Matt! I just put some Mavic tires on there that I am hoping to test out. I'm not sure if I will put my carbon wheels on just yet or not since I likely will only race my Epic.
Let me know when you are back down this way. I can get you some aerial footage for your channel if you want and I live just around the corner from this trail.

That is awesome and good to know!
Great job for a new rider lady!

It's such a great place to get started riding for sure! Glad to know that those evacuation routes come in hand

I would agree with that

The fork is definitely one thing I would recommend upgrading. I am glad to hear you love the bike!
Suggestion to include location link or website to the areas you are reviewing.
I definitely need to catch up on that! Some of them have my strava link

There are enough roots to make full sus the better option if you have a choice. On a good day I can do P1 in under 34 minute.
JUST CURIOUS This looks like an awesome trail wherebcan I find this trail exactly at
Google "Alum Creek Phase 1" or "Alum Creek Mountain Bike Trail"
