Bengals fan here. Totally sick of decades spent seeing the Steelers mostly hand it to Cincy again and again. There are many good coaches in this league, but Mike Tomlin is one of the very few who is a great leader of men. That’s what is missing for so many teams, including my Bengals. Can’t stand the Steelers, but I have much respect for their organization in general and Coach Tomlin in particular.

He didn't exactly "BLAST" Pickens. He said he understands George realizes he has a target on his back, BUT that he needs to grow up fast. He didn't say his behavior was unacceptable and will not be tolerated in the future. That's what blasting means. Tomlin beat him with a velvet hammer. Nothing's going to change.
