Can you buy with your LLC?
I don't see anything on the Shelby Land Bank that says you can't buy with an LLC - just remember with any land bank that they have to approve your application, and they may base some of their decision on your history as a real estate owner, tax payment history, credibility in rehabbing projects, etc - and if you have a new LLC with no established history, I could see potential challenges getting the land bank to approve your purchase
I'm came across video doing a Google search for who to complain to about shelby county land bank. Twice I paid 70 $ none refundable application fee but it did not accept my application. So I'm out of 140$. Shelby county land bank cannot locate my transaction. They are telling me they are trying to resolve the issue but one would think it could be looked at immediately. This so far has taken 4 days this week, first payment was sent Saturday. Today is Wednesday.
At the same time they are trying to find my payments, time is ticking on the property I would to bid on. I am about to call it a loss. And find another place to live outside of TN.
That's terrible! Not sure what method you used to pay, but if it was a card can you dispute the transaction from your end?
@@ParcelFair I paid from moneylion account, one of them new banks. I don't think they know what a dispute is. Pulling out that bank soon.
I talked with someone at the landbank. Turns out this land bank thing is a little complicated. Apparently I can't bid on the land because it land locked. But I can pay the none refundable app fee as many times as I want. And so can you.
Ethics, integrity, these things matter, Memphis TN seems to be a hostel place for me, I do not feel welcomed here. I feel like people go a little over the top with fucking people over. Apparently I'll have to get the run around because it's the local government and they stick together even when one of their own is clearly fucking people over.
They told me a real estate agent was going to contact me, I am not sure why. I have no idea what I am doing. This brand new to me. Don't seem right from the start of it. I am not sure how I should react so I am going to take it as a loss and move around.
