What a quick chain of improvments! It's still puzzling to me how the WB licensor people can demand JazzInc. to downgrade the paint on the browning guns (and give them silver bullets). I mean, whoever forced that arbitrary change on them, clearly wasn't the same person who allowed Hot Toys to paint their bullets the accurate copper-gold. God, careless clients / licensors sure can be infuriating. Still wishing the Bat Disc compartment was magnetized like the others and the gear shifts were resculpted, but nevertheless, this is the most accurate and gorgeous replication to own, so I cannot wait! Bravo to the entire team for their years of full on commitment!
Excellent work Joost, this will be my first vehicle or Jazzinc product but I couldn't resist this and looks like everything I wanted. I cancelled my preorder for the Hot Toys version and ate the $70 deposit at the same time I put my name on the JazzInc waitlist because I knew I wouldn't be able to live with the Hot Toys version knowing that there was a much better version of the 1989 Batmobile out there. I cancelled the Hot Toys version even without knowing for sure that I would get the opportunity to buy the JazzInc version. Now I'm hopeful that I actually do have a legit shot at getting one.

Your answer at the time was shipping is what it was for, but you advertised it during the campaign as a gorgeous collector’s box. I would be happy to pay a bit more for better packaging.
I do totally agree with you there, the collectors boxes need to be wrapped in bubble wrap & then shipped in a double wall box, this way would have some damp protection & from the puncturing these shipments seem to get from the shipping companies not giving a damn what the contents are inside.
Also I for one would happily pay more for the extra cost to hopefully receive a pristine box when its opened because it is just awful when you have purchased something of this cost & it turns up either soaking wet or with dents & punctures or both on the box. For me personally if I was shipping these out I would package them so well as to avoid any returns & complaints due to the couriers mishandling !!!
Car looks great overall but why does the feet need to drag on the interior ,when cockpit closes it keeps opening up by itself . I would imagine gravity doing that by about a millimeter can you fix that .also gun barrel seems to have a issue . Not trying to be disrespectful just pointing out what I see .

I ask you this question because I I'm on the waiting list, but if you really have requests for over 300 Batmobiles maybe I have little hope of being able to have it in my collection.. I understand your question but we keep behind a few dozen units for shipping issues and lost items. Also generally over 10% have to cancel because of loss of job or other reasons and from the waitlist about half are serious, so it will be ok

Why did I not hear about this until it was too late? Why do you companies do No Promotion anymore. I keep missing products & don't know about them until it is too late & other people are reviewing them.
I am very sorry. We tried to promote as much as possible on all social media media when we are in development, but we cannot risk making many extras when the final production version is done and people are reviewing it because we are a small family run business and we do not have the margin or the capital to have a lot of Stock that might not sell. Thank you for understanding. I suggest you get on the waitlist using the link below the video and you still have a pretty good chance because we have to deliver almost everything still.
I'm very impressed that Jazz Inc was willing to offer refunds to unsatisfied customers and eat the cost. This goes a long way to showing customer loyalty that a company has for their customer base.
Uhm those would be interest free loans from buyers that cancelled wouldn't it? What are you impressed with? They aren't eating any costs. They had free use of other people's money. They'll just sell it to the next fool that accepts dented cars for ridiculous amounts of cash.
There is no customer loyalty when you know your body is defective and you move forward with a defective product. None whatsoever. The right thing would be for JazzInc customers to cancel in vast numbers sticking them with their own losses. They aren't going to improve if the masses just lay down and accept bad merchandise.
