@emaarredondo-librarian If the writing was poor, Dinklage and MacLaine would not be in the film. I watch the promotion. If it is big and splashy, more money was spent on ads than production. If promo is small, the film sells itself as that is where value was placed.
What an interesting cast! Love the idea for the script. Dinklage, MacLaine, Dillon and when I heard Danny Glove, with that voice, ask, "What kind of a moron buys a house under such circumstances?", I got excited to see it.
Yes, great quirky actors. I've always appreciated that Matt Dillon didn't build a career merely on his good looks. He really showed his comic chops in There's Something About Mary.

The last movie I saw in a theater was "Stranger Than Fiction" (2006). It has a great cast! I loved the odd movie! Clearly I'm not a movie theater-goer but this movie looks worth it. Great cast combo!

I find it hard to believe that Peter Dinklage's character would be a novel writer, I seem him more as doing "short" stories....
