Idk if you'll read this matt but your rank in this game is determined by how cops and civilians you kill which is why you encountered that weird part with the construction worker where it didn't matter if you killed him or not. The only difference it made is if you took him hostage and forced him to do the lock you'd have a better rank....yeah wish it there were UI elements for that huh.
Back then I played the game a lot. I loved that they put some of the songs in the game from the film. But in retrospective it wasn't that good. I heard rumors that a kill Bill game was in the making, but got cancelled, but I don't know why. The video was a pleasure to watch as always on your channel. Keep up the good work!
I remember this game… It had so much potential, adding a bit of lore and background details to the film itself… But I couldn’t take it seriously with all the game models… I mean Mr. blue was nothing even close to the guy… They all look like goombas that had gotten slapt in the back of their heads with their eyes popping out… Akin to the fight club video game that was also a disaster- hint hint
The funny thing about this game is, it's way better than it has any rights to be. It's a video game adaptation of a film, those are supposed to be bad. Now, I never said that the game was good, just that it's not bad.

Well, the Sopranos was super hot at the time the game came out. Sorta made sense. But a 1992 movie where it's mostly talking getting a video game in 2006 is a little weirder.

You thought that driving section was bad? By the end of the game there is an incredibly long driving section where you are bleeding out and the screen gets red and then dark. You can't damage the car too much. Also, every cop ever is after you. Thr most frustrating time I had in this game. Spent 3 hours doing it....
A Jackie Brown video game would involve smoking bongs, wandering around shopping malls and at the end shooting someone in a parking lot. It wouldn't be very exciting would it?!
Kill Bill game Have Suda 51 handle it if on a budget Have Platinum handle it if you want to throw more money into it. Either way, I think you'll end up with an interesting product.

Not at all, the two writers for this game wrote for a bunch of other mostly licensed titles made by the same devs, like Pac-Man World 3, SpongeBob SquarePants: Creature from the Krusty Krab and Karaoke Revolution: American Idol. Though they did apparently read a lot of his scripts to try and copy his style.

There's actually ANOTHER Reservoir Dogs video game that came out in 2017 called: Reservoir Dogs: Bloody Days. Its a top down shooter.

So for a movie thats major part is that its about a Heist gone wrong that you NEVER see... why do the games always try to depict the Heist.
