We really need a “REVISIT THE 9’s TOUR” it’s been years since you’ve done the most famous ones let’s see the consistency and if anyone stepped up their game!
The Michelin Star of pizza reviews. Let's see who the Le Bernardin of pizza is.
Great idea actually
Kind of like a recalibration of sorts.
Completely agree!! Also he should solicit votes for a second taste tour. Places like Santillos that he gave just an 8.2 to I believe.
Look at his old vids. It’s there.
Everybody knows Dave purchased a new jacket at the women’s store!
That jacket is dope
Ladies medium. Everybody knows the rules
Unisex one size fits all
Everybody knows the rules.
his skinny jeans absent.. put on a couple of pounds
One bite, everyone knows Dave got himself a "power suit" at Able
From the Hillary collection
Picked up a couple pairs of jeans at the very least.
European fit
Ok,
That was funny
Dave, if you say you can eat this pizza all day give it an 8.2!
I'm guessing it was lacking in the flavor department.
hes been really harsh with his scores lately. im all disco bobulated
@@imlost19 cocaine seems to curb ones appetite.
Sounded too dry
I agree! With all the raving he did about that pizza, I guessed that he was going to score it an 8.1.
One women’s clothing store, everybody knows it’s perfect for Dave.
Dave thinks he's a twenty something UA-cam influencer.
I'm not sure he can even zip it up. And what's with all the 7.2 - 7.8 scores lately. Has Dave's taste buds just flattened to basically the same scores for everyone?
He was trying to buy something to cover that grease stain from the midnight oil pizza.
thats where he got his coat last year
"That's my jAAm"
Only Dave can get Enrico wrong and call it Enrique. Everybody knows the rules.
You're telling me

@@kennymccormick8295 Ah, you're one of those. J stands for Jacka**, right?
“The ovens called Enrique! I love that” *Cuts to the shot of the oven clearly named Enrico*
My brother owns crust 54 ( on south Washington) in holland Michigan and is a HUGE fan of your videos and reviews and really wants a review of his own!
Bougie ass name for a pizza shop. 4.1 on name alone.
"By far my favorite from Nashville" gives it a lower score than Joey's, everybody knows Dave's scores are arbitrary
They should have took his order over the phone if they wanted a good score.
why most of the time I always guess your score... its starting to creep me out that if its a coding thing or those ratings are actually ratings.
Dave, this restaurant brings back haunting memories for me lad. One day, my wife and I went here for a slice and she locked eyes with a man she could not resist. She made him her boyfriend and they are still dating to this day. Pizza was a bit oily as well. What a nightmare. Cheers mate
sorry mate she came onto me first
Sorry to hear that, bruh
You got the pizza with sausage and your wife got the other guy's sausage. It happens
Brutal if true
Lol he trolling look at his past comments 💀💀.
One bite everybody knows Enrique is a top notch Italian name.
He said it wrong 😂 it was enrico
Yeah, hence the joke.
Wasnt expecting that score. Dude was hyping it up the whole time
yeah look at the sloppiness of the cheese though and overall grease, they got too much cheese on it i think for his taste
Everybody knows that coal fired is Dave's jam
Dave 100% bought some ladies clothes for himself in that store.
That's the next scandal
Yeah he for sure got himself some new jeans.
@@clappingpig He definitely got a Pair of skinny jeans🤣
Imagine stealing one of the top comments and thinking youre gonna get more likes just cause youre verified 😂🤡
I remember back when Dave gave scores between 0 and 10, now everything is between 6 and like 8.2. This looks miles better than that last floppy mess but only 1.2 points higher?
I have to admit Dave. I've never gone into women's boutiques and cruised the "clothes" (yeah, right), but thanks for the pro tip!
I'm as faithful to these videos as Dave is to the pizza game.
Let me guess, you also wear women's jeans...
@@clappingpig only your moms cuz I wear a 44 waist.
Me too! 😊
@@clappingpig why do people hate him so much lol
You know you watch too many of these when you are within .2 every time... Totally called a 7.6 this time around. 😂
Me too. I said 7.7.
@@joeheid2776 When he turned his head before giving the score I almost bumped it up and I think he did too. 🤣
Happy you got a good Pizza today, Dave! Much better than the Flop & Slop you had in the last video.
One bite, everybody knows Armandos and Arturos is no where close to Anthony’s.
Pretty damn close for Dave....starts with an A
If that pizza looked like a bar pie or football pizza it would be an easy 8.2 due to the crisp, thin style, and coal fire oven. Dave is bumping off points due to the aesthetics everybody knows the rules
Agreed. Looks like his normal 8.1 score to me kinda pizza
@@jesselynch1844 i literally had the same score in mind bruv
Agreed. I was 7.9-8.1 with 7.9 final answer. Get with it Dave. Flop, crisp, taste?
3:00 Billy Strings playing in the background. Fuck yes!
It's hard to maintain consistency when you have 27" pies. There's a certain size that is the sweet spot based on the size and performance of the oven. I like the 18" size coal fired for $20 works for me. And you can't skimp but you don't want to overload the ingredients.
This video is about Pizza
True
Boxist
The more I watch these, the more I understand the criteria/methodology: Most important: “light” & “no flop” BECAUSE IF YOU’RE A PIZZA REVIEWER DOING SEVERAL A DAY STANDING UP: A) You’ll blow up like a balloon if it’s not “light”; and B) Must be easy to eat **neatly** standing up with no utensils.
No doubt these reviews are very (or at least somewhat 😉😉😉) valid within Dave’s parameters, but these reviews are MOST reliable *if you are a UA-cam stand-up pizza reviewer* ! Everybody knows the rules!!!
I've watched you well enough where I guessed 7.6 on your impression and I screamed got it!. Absolutely comical scared the shit out of my dog but that's here nor there. So stoked I got it
Congratulations
My only encounter with a NY style coal fired pizza was in So, Fla. from that chain and it was the worst pizza I ever spit out, it reeked of kerosene and was a burned edge crust disaster.
Awesome shout out to Anthony’s. Best chain pizza ever + Marino connection.
I also love Anthony's but best pizza chain untill jets comes in the building 💯
Need a Top 10 revisit for sure One Bite team. Make it happen!
I know not your style but love Anthonys coal fire spicy pizza in Plantation!! Normally dont like stuff like that but really really good!!
Was definitely expecting a 7.9 or 8.1 with the wavering right before the score. Had good crisp, was light and thin. Must have been missing that tang in the sauce, everybody knows Dave's system.
7.9 all day
One woman’s clothing store, everybody knows Dave was looking for a new pair of pants 👖
One bite, everybody knows Dave headed back to Able's for a credit card
I couldn't possibly eat this much pizza. Dave truly does the Lord's work.
ok
@@hugewang69 42
Perfect ending. "........ya." HAHA
Prez gives out a ton of 7.6’s
I like the Light Pastel striped sleeves and the Palm tree decor on the jacket you got from the Women's Store.
Btw, that was a very nice looking oven! The real deal.
If Steve saw the name he'd know the name, everybody knows the rules.
Just as accurate at remembering ovens names as he is at guessing dogs names.
That looked and crunched like at least an 8. Especially next to that second hand store looking old ladys jacket
00:24 that could not have been more sus
Used to live down the street from this place. So freaking good.
Called the exact score. Once he started talking about how that pie could be recreated by a chain, I knew it would never get to 7.7 or higher.
Same here lol 😂
Funny I live right outside Nashville. I have started making pizza at home because I can’t find a pizza worth a crap anywhere. Then again I’m not a hipster that runs around all the bum areas of town that are being rebranded as the place to be. I guess I need to find a few of these places but I am really happy with what I’m making at home. Making pizza is trickier than one might imagine.
i kinda saw that coming, i get the the thin, crunchy crust and coal fire aspect where there, but in the end it was too small and bar pie size to be dave's style of pizza, if it was slightly bigger easily would've been a 8.4+
I wonder if the difference you notice with the "chain coal fires" is age? Similar to cast iron skillets where the more used the better kind of thing.
My fav pizza joint in Carbondale Illinois just happens to have 3 (three) womens clothing stores right next door. Fabulous! One is named Enrique's.
Try Phillies CBP Pass and Stow wood fired pizza. I had a 7 but it was busy and a reheat. The fresh made looked 9 ish. They had several on deck to be reheated. I should have ordered and odd one they make from dough ready to stretch.
BTW they're only open for Phillies games.
Eagles playing in the background. Love it 9.1
His inner Christopher Walken came out at the very end when he said "I could eat it all day....yeah."
Listening to you eat it, hell, it sounds delicious. Alot of crunch..
You gotta give it to the man- how is it possible to reliably eat a pizza every day??? I couldn’t do it. It shows legit dedication to a craft. I’m not sure what that craft is… but it is dedication for sure.
Looked really good. Maybe a 7.9 or 8.1.
I live in Nashville and I'm originally from Brooklyn Bensonhurst am such a A picky pizza person especially being from Brooklyn and to me the best pizzeria in Nashville is Angelo's in Antioch Tennessee they've been there for over 20 years and they are the best Whenever you're back in Nashville you need to try this place
Was thinking he was on the 7.9-8.1 line. 7.6 is like WTF? They must have been out of his size at the women's store. He's so emotional.
He should visit Prince Street Pizza in Gallatin, TN. I travel all over the Midwest for work and their pizza is outstanding!
First time I've predicted the score correctly 🤝
My wife is a medium and she says you might actually have a gift, she said she felt something when she scrolled past your comment.
My cats ears hates your intro song. I dig it. And your reviews. Cheers!
Added bonus, BMFS playing in the background!
Dave legitimately doesn't get enough respect for remembering all these pizza places and comparing them to similar joints.
This pizza looked delicious!
That pizza should be an 8.1 stone cold lead pipe lock! Come on Prez
I don't blame Dave for not remembering the name of the pizza chain in Florida. It's a common, modern American name and pizza places usually go with something that sounds more Italian
*EXCELLENT* NEON!!
That crunch.... Damn.
To my Pizza Eating Comrade's in South West Florida looking for a Hidden Gem off the Beaten Path. I Highly Suggest to Try ANY (Anthony's New York) 🍕 in Bonita Springs off Coconut Rd that I've been trying to get One Bite to give a Try & the Owner Anthony who originally is from Brooklyn & Brought his Pizza making Skills on down to the Sunshine State. I as a Tradesman always go to this Spot wen I'm working in the area...
Love you man love your posts and your journey keep ‘‘em coming fam!!
You gotta review Delizia pizza right in New Britain PA, it's one of those hole in the wall places but their pizzas got good crust, the sauce is fresh on the sweeter side and the cheese is like a warm hug, you won't be disappointed
I've been off with my guess by .1 for the last 3 days, very frustrating
florida, man.
What were the dipping sauces on the side ? Ranch maybe
I feel like Dave is the kind of guy that would smell like a pizza.
You should try Solorzano's in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.
You've got to try the pizza at Smith & Lentz brewery in Nashville.
This man just likes toast with cheese
i had johns of bleaker and while it was good i dont understand how its a 9.... i wonder if dave got special treatment or if there just so busy now they cant keep the quality the same
You have to go back 30 years for John's. Now they get hammered. Nobody could keep up.
The Sicilian place over off of broadway is one of the best places around.
Coal style fire, everybody knows the rules
I love the reviews after a couple of pops!
One Bite Everybody Knows that was an 8.1 but Dave knew it was a chain so scored it lower
"You say Enrico, I say Enrique. Everybody knows the rules when I'm sporting a jacket like this."
"Well, I'm actually looking for clothes for my lady friend."
sounded a lil christopher walken on the " eat it allday " 3;14
I called it perfect... 7.6! I always try to score them before you just by you look and I called this one
Love your pizza reviews, Dave.
You the only I know that can eat pizza and talk at the same time , much love
Anthony's Cold Fire Pizza is great (I'm in FL)
Gotta try Two Boots in Midtown! Coolest spot to eat pizza
That Pizza is my Jawn, upcoming road trip to that place.
As a Floridian, Anthony's is about as good as it gets down south.
If you ever get a chance try Jewell Bistro in Lake Worth. I don't think they make pies on weekends, but they are the best in SFL I've tried. It's quirky because they don't always make pies so it's tough to predict when you can get one. The owner used to run Pizza Oceano in Lantana. Four Brothers in Palm Springs is good too. Also Hot Pie in West Palm and Royal Palm Beach is alright. We like Mario the Baker in Royal Palm. They are originally from Connecticut via North Miami. Consistently very good.
Ur eating new pizzas every fucking day. Man I wish I could live your life lol. I love your channel
Anxiety when Dave doesn’t immediately let the pizza breath.
This man ate so much pizza he’s turning into one
Looked like he wanted to change the score at the end. That looked more like a 7.8
Next time you’re in Los Angeles you have to go to “Tomato Pie Pizza Joint”, in South Pasadena.
You gotta try smith and lentz pizza in Nashville!
7.6? That looked and sounded way higher
I live in Nashville near Nicky's and I've been there a lot. Finally I won the Dave Portnoy lottery of pizza place reviews
