I’m a big police reform activist and hearing a chief talk to like this, gives me hope. Lets make sure this isn’t just talk. WE NEED REAL CONCRETE POLICE REFORM, to change the blue line culture!! Please keep this up chief we are all in this together!
Are you aware of KPD cops mocking a disabled woman to death, literally, 3 months ago? This man is trash. RIP Lisa Edwards.
Regarding his comment on Dan Roark's crimes. The police are so sure of their work until they aren't.
Justice for lisa Edward
Your officers are a direct representation of you Bud. 60 Year old Lisa Edwards was “rolled by hospital security guards into the freezing cold wearing only paper scrubs, placed under physical arrest, and forcibly removed by police officers from the hospital property,” according to the lawsuit, which says it was 29 degrees Fahrenheit (minus 1.7 Celsius) at the time.
What about Lisa Edwards?
For anyone watching this video and who is thinking of applying at KPD...STAY AWAY. This department absolutely has the lowest morale in the last 20+ years, and the command staff does not care about you.
Ahh Knoxville Police Department.. where they berate an sick elderly lady and accuse her of faking the funk for her to only pass the following day.
Watch them fish for sympathy when one of theirs dies though. Karma gets everyone.
