    @Homeruler99 just keep doing the max number of reps as you walk past the chinup bar doesnt have to be when your working out..hope that makes sense haha

    A big variety of exercises is presented in this roller! Let's follow an example!
    Some questions to you:
    1 whether. It turns out at you
    to keep own weight at one level during the whole year? Or in the winter you become heavier, it is easier in the summer?
    2. Except the presented exercises, whether you use work with heavy scales, a horizontal press of a bar, knee-bend, exercise on a biceps, a back...?
    3 whether. The length of hands is important in planсhe exercise?

    My only negative comment on these workouts - I cant do them in a normal gym. I dont think a Houston gymnastics gym is just going to let me use their equipment and try this stuff out. Can we get some videos of you doing this cool stuff in a normal gym?

    Hi guys, can anyone help me answer this question how to be better at doing pull ups. My maximum is 13. And also how many reps and sets should i do. i normally do 3 sets of 10 pull ups. With 10 to 15 seconds rest i n between sets. Thank you.
