Can I Go To The Beach After Scalp Micropigmentation?
Because we live in Hawaii, we get this question a lot! To summarize, no, we don't suggest going to the beach during the 7-day healing process after each treatment.
But after your SMP is fully healed, you can go to the beach as much as you want. Although, we suggest using a sunscreen or wearing a hat to keep your SMP from fading!

OK I just got SMP and I’m considering a laser removal. I am on day six. I regret my decision and even though it is very light I want to purposely faded but not melt it to where it looks ridiculous. With me going to the beach, or being under the sun, or getting in the salt water just lighten it up more or will it actually cause it to melt and look weird

Hi, I did my first session of SMP somewhere prior to having known your studio on UA-cam ..however after it having been done firstly,the practitioner suggested me use medically grade of saline to disinfect my scalp daily to prevent from forming "bad" scabs and making them healed quicker and safer .... I have never known that using saline would have negative effect on maintaining the color/pigmentation on my scalp ... i don't want them to be lighter or sparse...........
