This was a really nice board for the ~30m I was able to fly it before the 5v BEC died on me. I also discovered through this process that SpeedyBee considers its warranty void if you solder anything to the solder pads. So yeah, caveat emptor.
I don't know the specific BEC that SpeedyBee uses. You might have to contact them, but yes, the most basic BEC does convert electricity to heat. I don't know the power/performance loss.
@@OneManUnmanned right. Well thanks mate, do plan on getting a couple and running them. I will/can make videos in the near future on what I find. Stay lifted!
The speedybee mini stack weighs 5g more. I'd prefer this aio to be lighter without the cnc or else get the mini stack. Stack is always better if you have the space
I agree..I think this is perfect as a space saver. 40 Amps is not bad in an AIO though. The version without heatsink is available in the Bee25, but is limited to 35Amps. Maybe that will be available in the future.
Your videos are getting better and better. Keep it up.
Excellent explination too
Thanks, I appreciate that.

looks very interesting, great video as always :)
Thank you!
Mine Shipped on launch day (10/15/24) and is still listed as a "per-order". Looking forward to the 3.5" Tanq-S build.
Is there a lot of loss of performance with using a 6S? The 9 to 6v happen through a loss of batt charge to heat?

Do i habe to Bridge the 9v Pad on the bec to use it with 6s and o3 Air Unit?
