Sorry it wasn't close enough for you. Next time you are at your local hardware store, ask them to show you a maillon. He mentioned that he is "loosening the maillon" when he was using the tool. Alternatively, if you want to look up "maillon" on Google, you will see a small section that can be unscrewed or "loosened." That is what he was working with =) Thanks for posting a question and let us know if you have any more.
