Can also do just plain noodles with a little butter and sprinkle cheese (parmesan or whatever). Don't need to cook more than the noodles, don't need to save pasta water, the noodles are hot enough to melt butter right on your plate, and it's delicious. Even more if you add chicken salt.

It was amazing and so easy to eat, i didnt have enough water (my mistake used too much pasta and was getting tired) but added a splash of whole milk and it was perfect. My mother would cook Kraft Macaroni and Cheese with Tuna fish as a meal for lunch or supper. Generic Mac and Cheese is just as good and cheaper. Very inexpensive and tasty - ad some soy sauce for flavor if you want.

Make it taste better with... Butter, milk (cream/sour cream can work), salt and white pepper, potentially onion and or garlic powder, if you like heat cayenne and used carefully nutritional yeast can replace cheese altogether, this can help you cut down on the cheese as can using a strong Parmesan. Also bake it is the oven if you want with slices of Tomato. Heck you can even leave cheese out and get something that tastes great.
If you wanna go wild with a whopping THREE ingredients....tuna fish. Seriously. Just one little can of tuna you can get practically anywhere. If you like tuna and you like mac, you'll love it put together. It surprised me when I first tried it.

Extra stuff you can add: Worcestershire sauce, about 2 drips per serving, mix well (drip is more than a drop, gently smack the back of the bottle). Cayenne powder/red pepper/crushed red pepper if you like spice. Parsley is great fresh or dried but I usually use dry.
I know you probably don't care about this but you really helped me with my eating disorder. I've been struggling for years with eating food that other people have made, worrying if it's sanitary, or eating in general.
