How can Pep be the best manager ever? He's only ever managed clubs with endless pots of money! He's not done anything close to what Klopp has at Liverpool. Look at the team Klopp inherited from Brendan Rodgers and also the money difference in terms of being able to buy the squad City has! Barcelona was the richest club in the world when Pep was manager! Bayern Munich had endless money when Pep was their manager. Manchester City get taken over by oil money and then who shows up? Mr Guardiola. bro the points Liverpool gathered in any season without City is a title. They're cheating frauds that cooked their books from the UAE that allowed them to buy the best players in the best positions and an elite bench to take over the second half of the season where other teams with their general first XI are either overplayed or have injuries.
Well said. Both in the 2018-19 and 2021-22 seasons, Liverpool had plenty of chances to win the title, but blew it themselves both times. Regarding taking unnecessary losses or draws that cost us the title. Take as example, the 3-3 draw against promotion team Brentford in the 2021-22 season, as it was only 1 point difference in the end with Man City. Or the 0-0 draw against Everton near the end of the 2018-19 season, with LFC missing out by just 1 point to Man City again. Meaning, we have seen it time and time again, that LFC were leading the table, like this 2023-24 season, and then, just buckled under some form of pressure and a lack of quality or depth in the team. Missing the edge to win and bring home trophies. The team and Klopp takes responsibility for this, but also FSG. Knowing the net spending has put Liverpool on 8th place in the Premier League and putting them under West Ham United. And wondering what would have happened had they just spend a little more money on players.
@@victorsamsung2921 also the 20/21 season was unlike any season in history, no team who has won the league by 19points and is on another level (even peps words) can have such a bad follow up season, but the world was turned upside down through covid no crowds, peoples minds werent really on football but staying alive! of course players were affected, there is nothing that could have created a more level playing field for all teams the next season you just needed a solid defence to have a good season even utd who were crap finished 2nd its always going to sound like an excuse but it was unbelievable bad luck, players feed off crowds and we got no benefit from that.

Thank you you made me feel better- LFC were just unlucky & Klopp deserved to leave with a lot more this season- Henderson & Milner were truly missed as LFC lacked leadership in the midfield but the rot started at away to Arsenal & LFC never recovered and lost the whole season-
You're disrespecting City in order to take a swipe and a rival mate. Should City win it, and I think they will, they will win it because over the season they won more points than anyone else, by playing better than anyone else, most of the time. The idea that Liverpool handed City the title is a slur on City, and I'm an LFC supporter. Take my hat off to them for their consistency.
It doesn't take Pep to see this though. With 10 games to go were were still top of the table (even with all the bad VAR calls) and its no one else to blame but the players. Its been like this most of the year with missing so many good chances in games, but it wasn't as noticeable until that home game against United where they created over 30 chances and couldn't score, but went unnoticed because they kept winning before this But how many clear chances we missed when the pressure was on us was unbelievable. Normally world class players can handle it and its why they get the big bucks, but I'm sorry to say, our players could not handle it and its why City win it basically every year because theirs can win the games and take their chances when the pressure is on.
Pep is a class act. In the Guardiola Klopp era, it’s mainly been Liverpool that has given Man City a run for their money. But props to Pep for giving Liverpool credit.
Pep knows the game and it's often unpredictable irregularities first hand. In addition, he possesses the greatness to appreciate an equally formidable adversary. Not only is it true, what he says, it also speaks volumes about his character.
Reds lost many points due to dubious referee decisions in the first half of the season. Reds did not take their many chances in the FA Cup match with MU and in the matches thereafter. This sums up the season. Is the team a failure? Not really. Many first team players were out due to injuries, but the team still managed to battle on. One thing for sure, Arnie Slot needs to sign a prolific goalscorer. Jota is becoming too injury prone. Nunez is like a lottery. If Salah is leaving, then, sign 2 players who can get the goals. 0:01
Despite the fact that we almost always seemed to come up short against City in the league, I think I'll really miss the battle between Klopp and Pep. It was always fascinating, and they gave us such incredible matches over the years. And we'll never have that again in EPL. Slot might come in and have a great season and push City, but it won't be the same as Klopp/Pep. The mutual respect, the raising each other's levels. Just utterly fantastic.
Pep and Klopp is the rivalry they both needed to become who they are, its amazing how they both embraced it over the years it never did become disrespectful and dirty.
I've never liked a rival manager as much as I've enjoyed Pep's comments about LFC. Shows he's true class. Klopp likewise, which I think is why their friendship is what it is.
Liverpool exceeded expectations this season. At the start of the season we'd have took 3rd place and a trophy considering the season of transition upcoming. Unfortunately as the fans expectation levels rose with the progress the team were making then obviously the dip in form at the latter end of the season led to a lot of disappointment and anger vented at certain players, of which Nunez took most of the criticism. Well said Pep, maybe some of our fans should look at the bigger picture too.

Between the two they raised the bar beyond anyone else has been before. Imagine collating 90+ points and still not finishing top of the league. This league will take a huge step backwards once Pep follows Jurgen and leaves
Liverpool is neither a failure or successor. That is the result of having moderate quality players, you don't expect much from them but just within top 4 position, champion is a dream and depends on luck like years ago, Leicester.
hard to admit although he has incredible resources he does win win win and win, would be interesting to see if he ever goes to a rebuild club with limited resources like klopp did for liverpool
I agree with him on all points, but the money argument is not quite there considering that spending money on transfers is not a single season investment. The players they have at city and obviously pay salary to is very stacked, and the players have little reason to leave for the most part. So there is generally speaking no need to spend more if you can keep your players. That being said, there is a whole lot more to city than money when it comes to winning. @@dangermouse6687 The recent history of Liverpool is 1 title in 34 years. City won an FA Cup 60 years before Liverpool, that is history too. City are making history now and are better than the best ever Liverpool side.
Pep.. Very very honest about everything that is football.. Thank you you made me feel better- LFC were just unlucky & Klopp deserved to leave with a lot more this season- Henderson & Milner were truly missed as LFC lacked leadership in the midfield but the rot started at away to Arsenal & LFC never recovered and lost the whole season-
Henderson failed in fucking Saudi and Ajax and you say we miss him lol
@@LawinReborn well said.
@doommonger7784 could you call being done over by corrupt official on a regular basis unlucky?? I suppose not, but it certainly didn't help.
Huge respect for Pep
Respect! it all comes down this! Pep: what a gentleman I have the highest regard for you! Brilliant beyond words and always respectful!
I love it ❤ he says it like it is, he loves Liverpool too. Respect 🙏🏼
Respect. I hate Man City, but he has a point about the money and City win because he is an exceptional manager. probably the best ever
Liverpool supporter here. Pep is a gentlemen and a class act. Respect for that response. YNWA
What a manager
An absolute winner
Respect from an LFC fan
He's a secret admirer of our football club, just like Mourinho and Wenger.
Liverpool just made Citizens champion 🏆 of premier league 👏..just great
You're disrespecting City in order to take a swipe and a rival mate. Should City win it, and I think they will, they will win it because over the season they won more points than anyone else, by playing better than anyone else, most of the time. The idea that Liverpool handed City the title is a slur on City, and I'm an LFC supporter. Take my hat off to them for their consistency.
He's right, though. If it's about money spent, Man United should be Champions followed by Chelsea and Arsenal.
Always respect to Pep great manager
i'm a liverpool fan and i for one have huge respect for guardiola 👏
It doesn't take Pep to see this though. With 10 games to go were were still top of the table (even with all the bad VAR calls) and its no one else to blame but the players. Its been like this most of the year with missing so many good chances in games, but it wasn't as noticeable until that home game against United where they created over 30 chances and couldn't score, but went unnoticed because they kept winning before this
But how many clear chances we missed when the pressure was on us was unbelievable. Normally world class players can handle it and its why they get the big bucks, but I'm sorry to say, our players could not handle it and its why City win it basically every year because theirs can win the games and take their chances when the pressure is on.
Being pep fan, klopp, anceloti and mourinho are very difficult opponents to conquer.
Have too agree, bitter we struggle to win the league because of them but this guy is pure class on and off the pitch
So you'll be congratulating United for doing the same last season then, surely a bigger leap than you've achieved this season?
@@andychatt23 not really mate, United have spent more than City and are nowhere nearer to getting back to former glories. Champions of poor recruitment 🏆
@@themightyredmen Yip that's when the banker was in charge of running the show and thinking buying players who would sell loads of shirts rather than any joined up football thinking was a great idea. Now there's a new sheriff in town who is shaking the joint up, enjoy your one league title in 35 years...
@@andychatt23LFC owe me nothing, they have give me some of the best days of my life, especially those 6 European Cups 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆
Enjoy your hammering at Wembley next week, oh it doesn't matter because you won your cup final 4-3 against the club you are all obsessed with. Scousers this and scousets that, even when you're playing friendlies 😴😴 6 TIMES BABY 🥰
@@andychatt23 if in doubt blame the Glazers. You protested because your 2 main rivals had bypassed United despite spending astronomical money. The Glazers handed the money over but your recruitment has been woeful. Add to that a list of managers who have cut very little ice. From up the East Lancs Rd it's great to see. Long may it continue.
For someone that’s caused me so much emotional pain, I love that man
that's what she said :D
great Man Great Manager from Liverpool Fan
Pep is class
The greatest manager in our lifetime lads.. achievement wise, he’s got it all.. and with many more to go.
To actually show Peps
Interview on this channel is incredible
Thats how a respectful and intelligent manager see things.
Because when your city you want a team worthy to play and Liverpool is this💯👌❤
My heart is still broken, can't understand why we lost Epl this season 😭😭😭
I salute u Pep eventhough you r our rival in the pitch ..You are true friend of Jurgen...
I love pep! Not going to be the same without klopp in the league these two are so good to have for the prem
These awful reporter's are Pathetic . Well said PEP . YNWA 😀
Yeh I’m liking him more now
He knows football on a different level u can tell from the way he speaks about it. Come to Liverpool Pep 😭
Please don't Pep.
I would looooooove to see him at liverpool
Thanks Pep. Because of Klopp's incredible nature of friendship and respect, Liverpool FC has attained greatest respect from its top rivals. Klopp is a gem. If he decided to slate other football clubs, Liverpool would be the most hated club.
My view is that both Pep and Klopp have loads of class...........The Aussie Spurs Fan.
That’s why he is the best manager ever
Huge Respect !
Both pep and klopp are legend
Thank you Mr. Guardiola for supporting our project and our beloved Jürgen. YNWA ❤❤
klopps with limited money but pep with more money, what differents betwent them
What they would achieve with Peps budget? Would blow our minds
He is right 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿
Lmao his smile at the end when he says "its so difficult to be here again". Pep is such a troll.
I’m a Liverpool’s fan and after LFC lose their chance to win league cup the second team that I support was Pep’s team,of course that I’m a little jealous that man city gonna have 4 league cup winning streak..That team is a monster! and he’s one of the best manager of all time
Congratulations to Man city fan👏.
Respect
Pep is right - money definitely helps but it is never the only thing, otherwise other teams will have steam rolled the League in previous seasons before City.
Saying that, Liverpool would have done much better if only Klopp has a little bit more budget.
At the end of the day, both Klopp and Pep should rightly be judged as the best managers of this generation.
Between the two they raised the bar beyond anyone else has been before. Imagine collating 90+ points and still not finishing top of the league. This league will take a huge step backwards once Pep follows Jurgen and leaves
Klopp won the Lot. Without a single charge.
Cough cough
Without a single change
Excuse me? they settled and paid City £1M for hacking their scouting system.
Pep’s barca career??
@@peptalk7658 so how much should man city pay for each of the 115 charges?
Liverpool is neither a failure or successor. That is the result of having moderate quality players, you don't expect much from them but just within top 4 position, champion is a dream and depends on luck like years ago, Leicester.
Respect to Pep
Never had a problem when United was winning it year after year ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Too smart ❤️
You people simply need to do something about the sound. Even mono would work wonders.
hard to admit although he has incredible resources he does win win win and win, would be interesting to see if he ever goes to a rebuild club with limited resources like klopp did for liverpool
Cmon pep you get every best player you want without battle and an endless bank to ge them players.
The way he puts unbeaten runs together in the last third of the league's fixtures each year has to be highly commended.
Much Respect to Pep for recognising LFC for who they are!🫡 LFC Simply The Best!
That moving background 😵
I agree with him on all points, but the money argument is not quite there considering that spending money on transfers is not a single season investment. The players they have at city and obviously pay salary to is very stacked, and the players have little reason to leave for the most part. So there is generally speaking no need to spend more if you can keep your players.
That being said, there is a whole lot more to city than money when it comes to winning. Pep is imo still the best manager out there today with or without the money, he defined a lot of the modern football.
Damn it Pep, it's sooo hard to hate you, as a LfC fan, thx Pep, much appreciated. Currently every fan loves Klopp, but one day just may be Pep could be Liverpool future manager 😂🫶
Liverpool for life👌💯❤
Liverpool fought with man city for title atleast for last 4 seasons ane pep knows this how incredible Liverpool is .
Why is the volume so low?
Your earphones/headphones aren't broken. Audio seems to be coming out the left side mostly
Fair do's to him.
Pep is educating
What a great guy. So much respect because he’s a football man.
Im a Liverpool admirator. But i congratulate pep for his greatness.
I , together with all the Liverpool supporters , we beg Jurgen to stay ...
I don't beg for Jürgen to stay he's stale and should have left two seasons ago
@@KeepItRea7 go to City and join the plastic fans mate.

The thing that I hate about this game is teams monopoly in their respective domains like rma in UCL, Man City in epl... No team should win twice in row in any competition
