- Welcome to this English lesson about rooms in a house, and the furniture that you will find there.
In this English lesson I will review with you the names of the rooms in a house, and the furniture that you will find there, but I'll also help you learn English words and phrases about those rooms.
I'll talk about lounging, watching TV, eating dinner and many more activities that are done in each of those rooms.
During the lesson you can ask questions using the link that will be provided, and I will do my best to help.
I hope you enjoy this English lesson about rooms in a house and furniture!
⌛ Remember: By tomorrow this video will have auto-generated English subtitles. This can help you to go back and re-watch parts of the lesson that you did not understand.

You are welcome Manal! 😎🏡🛀
Outstanding Bob sir you're best teacher for me 👍💪
Thanks for watching! 🏡🛀😎
Hello Bob, how are you? Thanks for this new lesson. Here in Brazil we use the word sofá (with accent thats make the "fá" the strongest syllable), this one i think was imported from sofa in English. In Portuguese we use lots of accent in the words ^ ´ ~.
Cool. I didn't know that. We used to use the word sofa a lot more, now the word couch seems to be more popular. 😎🏡🛀
Hi bob! if I have well understood, when you have house under mortgage you don't have to pay property taxes, I'm not sure if I'm right...thanks you for your effort and time for making so nice and interesting lessons...Congrats...
Unique and unique explanation as usual👌🏻🌲
I try to always teach more than just the vocabulary. I think I succeeded for most rooms in doing that! Thanks for watching! 🏡🛀😎
Hi there, awesome lesson. I have learned a lot from your lessons. I have a suggestion, maybe you could present your slides on a monitor, it will save you paper and ink from you printer.
True. I have thought of that. I might start in the future. For now, know that all the paper is recycled here in Canada. 🏡🛀😎
Great content, Bob. Again!
Container houses are common in Canada? What could make a ordinary Canadian to live in a container/tiny house?
Regards from Brazil!
They are starting to become more popular (container houses), but with the amount of wood we have they aren't as cost effective here as they might be elsewhere. 🏡🛀😎 Tiny houses are becoming more popular though.
Nice video sir
It's great
Thanks Olga! 📗🎮🎧
Hi Bob IM from Costa Rica .central América next to Panamá , you are a good teacher, but I need how to.start with your firts Easy lessons ...can you tell me the order to start with your lessons ...

Thank you for the kind words! 😎🏡🛀
Thank you very much dear teacher! I forgot to ask do you use wicker furniture for outdoors? And another question is about Dave and Todd . I used to think that they are your relatives because you have the same last name)
Yes we do use wicker furniture outside. Lately people use it less because metal and plastic chairs are so much cheaper. Also Dave and Todd are friend of mine that help out. Also I do give them something for their time. They don't work for free.
@@LearnEnglishwithBobtheCanadian thanks a lot for your answer, now it's all clear, thank you very very much ! Excuse me if I asked about Day and Todd and it was a little bit personal I did not mean to be nosy
@@fho85 Hey, no problem, it wasn't nosy at all. They are happy to hear when people ask about them!
I love you Bob
I heard about the habit of Canadians leave the shoes in the entrance is a good one. But unfortunately it's out of question for me 😓
Yes, in Canada we take our shoes off before entering the house. 😎🏡🛀
Hey, in Russia we do the same)
hi bob first of all I want thank you for your effort. I watched some movies and I heard "he" instead of "she" so can we use always "he" instead of "she"?
You must always use he for a boy/man and she for a girl/woman. 😎🏡🛀
Teacher bob i"m Learn English lesson for you
Mr krabs mr krabs, the hooks the hooks!!!

I like to watch your video because you speak enough quickly and you don't have blah-blah-blah (in substance)
I can understand whole your content, nouns, adjectives, verbs... but I have problem in speaking them out loud (I have usually been pulled back by worrying about grammar. How can I fix it to speak more fluently ? Can you suggest a method to get rid of it please ? Thank you very much for your useful videos.

I had a job at university which I would consider an office job. I worked at the Audio/Visual department. 😎🍦🕯

Thanks Mr.bob, please don't do the lesson about sex. keep dear to our hearts.
It would probably be a long time before I did a lesson like that. There are too many reasons not to do it. 🏡🛀😎
Recently I think you communicate less with people than usual. Are you OK?
He is so busy now maybe by planting seeding etc))
Maybe. I just... Yeah ... It's ok
Yeah, I’m sure he’s super busy. Five children keep you busy. 😀
