  • ADDING CORALS TO THE NEWLY SETUP 20g TANK
What’s up TFC FAM! In this video we’re adding corals to the 20g newly setup aquarium! This will be the first of many! I cannot express how simple this can be if you’ll just get started! We really enjoy the process of setting up new aquariums but it’s so much better doing this with you all! Hopefully more of you just into the saltwater with us! I picked up some mushrooms and a Duncan coral! Very simple corals to keep! I recommend starting out with some simple when you’re just starting out! I just ordered a couple things that will make the corals happier, like I stated, it’s a process! Learning and growing! Let’s have some fun with it! Subscribe to the channel before you go! Thank you for your support!

Be sure to rinse your corals after you dip them and before you place them into the tank. I am enjoying your videos 👍🏽

I have a light on my 20 but it's not a coral light so I'll wait until I switch out my light

Try tropic Marin All For Reef it has all you need in one bottle to keep your alkalinity, calcium, magnesium and trace elements at the right level for your corals simple easy and affective dosing I been using it for a lil over a year now and it works great you can either get the already mix liquid version or the powder form and mix it your self I mix mines myself you save money that way and I have one small kamoer WiFi dosing pump dosing 7ml a day on my 36 gallon but nice tank I like when you have saltwater tanks running I’m og subscriber I seen your saltwater tanks come and go but glad to see you back into them👍🏾

Congrats on the new saltwater aquarium. How did you set it up? Following my recipe or another way?

Try Tropic Marin All-for-Reef. You still have minimal corals and it would be easier to dose 1 thing than a bunch of separate things. Just check all your parameters once a week and if there good you dose based off the alkalinity consumption

The original rock you first put in there has what looks like a face on it. Eyes and a mouth. Didn't notice it when you first set it up but now that is all I see :) On the next video please explain why you moved the corals. I'm coral clueless and just trying to learn as much as I can.

Do you have to feed them? If it’s just the doses?

  • @reefrookies

Everything your coral needs is already in the saltwater until the tank shows a decline of parameters with regular testing! Adding trace elements when they aren't needed is setting you up for a bad time down the road! Your tank wont need dosing for a while with these coral species.
