So, I would LOVE to see a step-by-step video on how to become an admin for a client with a Facebook page who wants to use FB for marketing. In other words, I want to know how to set it up so that I can do the Facebook ads, paied ads, + custom and lookalike audiences for a client. Millions of thanks!!!!

    Great information. True that you cannot remove the #general channel in Slack, but you can restrict who can post to #general. Hopefully this will help others that may want to restrict this that use Slack.

    Other than convenience and centralized organization for your team, is there any other reason you would setup a workspace for each client instead of separate channels? Has there been any issues where clients ending up talking with each other in public channels or have any clients had an issue with their brand being visible as channel name to what may be their competitors? What Slack integrations have you and your team found useful internally and are there any integrations that have helped you with your clients?

      Hey Joey ( + Zebedee)... this seems like a very popular question. This was one of my biggest questions when I first started out using Slack. So when I first started I had 1 workspace and private channels for each client. It is not necessary for you to have different workspaces for each client or pay to upgrade nice you are first starting out. As you scale, you may want to upgrade Slack. When you upgrade, a benefit (which is your concern) is that the workspace guests (your clients) won’t see everyone else in the workspace directory. But, I never had any issues with clients messaging other clients and I had a six figure agency running on the free Slack plan forever. Up to you :)

    An amazing process you have going here. Great job. I have just one simple concern...
    How do you get these BUSY business owners to invest so much time into filling this?
    My experience with clients says they barely have the time....
    So how has your experience been around this issue?

    • @MariahMillersChannel
      @MariahMillersChannel  4 роки тому +10

      Chike McArthur Its all about finding those gems. Those quality clients. Who truly love their brand. And just grind and get shit done lol. I get some of the most in depth responses from my clients on the intake form because they know how important and valuable it is. Stress that to them. And all my clients are multi-million dollar eCom brands with tons of things to do. They are crazy busy as well. But really “busy” is just an excuse. People make sure to get the things they want/need to do, done. It’s about priorities. So my advise is to just stress how important it is for the success of their brand and ads. It only needs to be done once. Once it’s done it’s done 👍🏼 Hope that helps

    Hey Mariah! Such a helpful video. I was wondering why you would choose to pay for a service like simple invoice (i’m assuming processing is going through stripe) instead of just having it integrated with your funnel? Is it an organization thing or is there a better benefit for having it that way? You can also bill clients within docusign so why pay for the separate service? Thanks again!

    So do you have all of your clients in the same workspace but different channels? Would it not be easier to just create a new workspace for each client, that way not all of your clients can see/interact with your other clients? Don't know if there's some reason why it's less efficient or less feasible to just create new workspaces.

    Great video for me as a Slack newbie. I noticed that you have a single workspace for all your agency clients? Seems as though this doesn't make use of the full benefit of Slack. Also, can clients DM each other if they're all in the same workspace? Seems like it would be better to have individual workspaces for each client. Maybe I'm missing something.

The client should have a clickfunnels account. splashthree I don’t suggest creating a Facebook Group filled with clients. Discussing brand strategy and plans and issues is a private matter. Clients will not feel comfortable posting in a Facebook group filed with all your other clients. It’s just weird lol. But if you prefer like a free texting app, like WhatsApp, that’s definitely doable.

    Does the client need to download slack too? Why not use WhatsApp Business which they already have installed?

    My clients can see all other clients in Direct messages. Is there a way to prevent it, or it not really much of a problem.

    Hi there!!! This was SUPER helpful!
    I have a similar process in regards to slack. I use an app called Microsoft Teams. I’ve had clients in the past who refuse to use teams and keep emailing me. Have you experienced this? How did you handle it? Any wisdom?
    Thanks Much!
    Bryce

    For you and your clients to use google drive, do you have to pay for the storage? is it a part of g suite?

    • @MariahMillersChannel
      @MariahMillersChannel  4 роки тому +1

      Hey! You don't need g suite to use g drive. You can if you want your business email/domain showing. But I know people who just use a @gmail.com. And I purchased extra storage, but you don't have to. Google gives you free storage. But if it's not enough, just upgrade!
