So how will people develop their properties? I remember Villa Rosa Kempinski hotel tried this with GTC and failed miserably. Courts will definitely be on their side.
Possesing a heap of dully completed documentation does not change the fact that there are negative environmental impacts from how they are doing the work. Paperwork will not silence the machines.
