- Kawasaki Vulcan S 650 motorcycle in Pearl Blizzard White is unboxed, completely assembled and made ready for the showroom floor. This video shows every step of the motorcycle's build / assembly! MSRP $7,599. (Please note the bike is actually a 2021 model, but the bike and assembly are 100% the same as the 2023 model, except for the color of course).
PLEASE NOTE: For the sake of time, all bolts and fasteners on this bike were torqued to factory spec following the video build.

The amount of grease, locktite, anti-seize and torque-wrenches used in this video is amazing. That's why I tear down and reassemble every new bike I get.

Beautiful! I think that is one of the nicer paint/color schemes they've had on the Vulcan S.
I’m not a huge fan of white on bikes but this one is an exception.

In June I purchased a 2021 KVS650 exactly like this one. I absolutely love it. So much easier to handle than my FJRs. I wish I would have made the switch alot sooner.

I was completely sold on a 2020/2021 Honda Rebel 500 until I saw this video. I love the blue on that white, especially the wheels. 12:47 - that bike looks absolutely amazing
The rebels' lineup from 300 all the way to and including the 1100 have the SHITIEST...stock seats. Please trust me when I say..you're making a better choice with the vulcan s 650 just on that alone besides the fact that unless your leg inseam is shorter than 28 inches...You WILL feel cramped on a rebel ( 32 inches here and speak from experience on the 2017 rebel 300...now been on a cb500x 2019 since december 2019 and love it overall).
Vulcan? Pure balanced relaxed riding perfection just from test riding a 2019 model.

Its so interesting and amazing how they get shipped over sea! I have a 100th anniversary road king with 14k, all chromed out, extended saddles. Its a beautiful bike 🏍 . Not a huge fan of some of the newer harley models as some tend to be very futuristic looking in my opinion!

Sydney, Australia. We have the same Love/Hate culture towards the Vulcan S here as well. Cruiser bois say they're not a cruiser because it has a parallel twin, and the speedy bois say they're not speedy bikes because of the frame style. But everyone that owns one absolutely loves them, including myself. I've had it for two years and am in no rush to upgrade.

Love the the cruiser style
This bike w ABS + a reverse of this same 🔵⚪ combination + the windshield option + the back seat with the back support thing + 2 sideboxes, then of course the mid seat settings and a finishing touch of some elegant fog lights
It's like watching Bob Ross painting, very relaxing

I used to work in a bike shop and it's a little surprising how close build and PDI on a motorbike is to build and PDI on a decent bicycle. That said I never needed a forklift truck to fit the front wheel, not even on the heaviest E-bikes 🙃

That's really a nice bike
I noticed that no grease was used on bolts and screws. Is this normal? Would save a lot of hassles later on but I can understand it would take longer to assemble and there might not be a manufacturer appetite for it.

Does the bike come with coolant, brake fluid, engine oil and gearbox oil from the factory, or are they added at the dealer PDI?

What do the motorcycle dealers do with the steel from the shipping containers? Over time that is a lot of good angle iron and reusable shipping container that can be reused for another motorcycle or for some other purpose.

This is the bike I wanted but they didn’t have it in abs and due to covid they couldn’t guarantee it would be delivered during riding season in 2021. So I got it in black/gold just so I could have abs
