I bought the standard soft and a standard medium, I bought the soft for myself but ended up with the medium (I am a side sleeper) and it is the best pillow I have had in 25 yrs, definitely worth the investment..I have spent more trying to find the "perfect" pillow.
Seems like an updated more modern version of a down pillow which is nice. Keeps the benefits of the original down pillow but upgraded. I didn’t know these existed. Good to know since I have family that love down pillows but eventually need some new ones as they’re wearing out. Thanks for all the good info!

I am always looking for a good pillow. I like that it comes in a king size and that it is organic cotton. Medium would be my preference.
I love that the pillow is made 100% cotton because ive had pillows that poke me from their feathers & honestly isnt that comfortable but this pillow does look very comfortable but i do have allergies so id rather get the alternate pillow

I just bought this pillow in medium-firm due to your reviews online and this video review. I am 7 months pregnant, and I'm a side and back sleeper, so I got this one. I absolutely love luxury hotel pillows, so there are even more hopes riding on that fact alone. Oh, and I purchase thru your website so you get the affiliate marketing and I even mentioned The Sleep Foundation website and your reviews in the "how I found this product" section at checkout. It's amazing how you search for a 100% down pillow, and they try to say it contains down feathers. Quills quilt quills. If it has 10% down, then they can market it as down. It could be 90% dirt from the factory floor, or, as a few of us discovered, shredded newspaper. I couldn't read it ⛩️

That's really nice embroidery. Unfortunately, every time you touched the pillow, it outright shivered on film. This would wilt underneath a human head. So I guess thanks for inadvertently showing that.
Here's my experience in the last 10 years. There's no longer such a thing as a good pillow. Like every other product, they underfill it no matter what the inner material is, and it results in the pillow just absolutely being shredded after 2-6 months of use. It's trash. Like pretty much everything sold in America these days. I've paid as much as $150 for a pillow and as little as $30. There was virtually no difference between either. They were both trash.
Another observation: The internet is the worst place to pick out your pillows. Go in a store. Almost all of these UA-cam companies are affiliates and are just trying to sell you pillows. They're not honest about the products. Sad that people used the internet this way, but that's business. Just go in a store and test.
Bill and Branch doesn’t stand behind their products… not a good option
I don't like down pillows. They're just too hot for me.
As someone who just purchased a $2500 down pillow this is not close to the most luxurious lol
