Love the build, especially love seeing the water test at the end!!!
j'adore, c'est typiquement ce dont je rêve. bravo très belle réalisation !
Very nicely done, a really good fabrication of a well constructed craft.
Thank you for sharing.
Thank you :)
well done.. love to see another video of your masterpiece in any design of boat.🤙🏼
That's the satisfaction of building with your on hands your own design ❤
Beautiful work 👏
I must Say A Perfect Job & Beautifully Done.
Thank You.
Plz plz post more!
Lot of time put into the boat, looks like a quality build.
Thanks!

Nice job on your build of that boat
Ничего себе сколько много времени и труда в основном у сварщика. Сварщики вы молодцы
I spent about 120 hours on it, and I had a helper for pulling the hull together and bending on the strakes, plus a few other parts. Probably around 30-40 hours of welding.
Beautiful!
such a lovely piece of work.. very inspiring
Thank you :)
Thanks to you
I'm fully jealous with your talent, skill keep it up, nice job 👍
Extremely impressive 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Thanks :)
Absolutely amazing
Gorgeous! So rad!
Thanks Sara, looking forward to seeing you up here again sometime soon!
Anyone building these
That's pretty incredible, dude - as a lifetime boatman, I'd be damned proud of myself if I burned all the wire to put something like that on the water someday!
Nice and strong, nice work. 10 thumbs up.
Wish I could have all the skills you have to have made this.
Pure genius. Would be cool to see a bass boat made from scratch like this.
That would be cool! I fished bass as a kid, but there aren't any around here ;)
@@EM-hu2bj do you sell these as build plans for international DIY boat builders?
Very nice build.
Please let us know when plans are available, I'd love to buy them when they are!
..it looks beautiful and tough
looks soooo much more comfortable then fibreglass!!
It is!
Thanks for the video! Well done!
Glad you liked it!
sick saw skills!!
very awesome project boat built 🤩👍👍👍
GREAT JOB
Beautiful boat
Awesome job
Cool work 👏👏👏👍👍👍
Beautiful boat❤
The gunnel handles are inspired. Nice and wide and stable. Draft must be very short.
A real work of art…
Nice work guys! I recently build 2 of Rick Welin's boats. (metal boat kits) I love your custom designs. Well done!
Nice! I'm building a Bruce Cope design next month - it'll be my first build from purchased plans.
@@EM-hu2bj what one are you building? I have been looking at a few on Specmar myself. I also like the cope designs too.

@@EM-hu2bj yup that's suppose to be a great boat. Hope you make a video of that one. It's on my list.
@@gregepp3082 I've built a Cope 11' mini jet. Things a ripper and geos together well. I design boats myself using solidworks. If you would like a look at a couple boats i designed check the link below. plans are free for now because the software im using is a student version and i'm not allowed to make profit until i buy the software which cost 5k plus.

Wow. That is very cool.
Beautiful boat ,
Great video
Hermoso la verdad muy novedoso. Haría uno pero con chapa galvanizada. Pero el modelo ese!
Great Job, is that your own design or did you purchase the plans for this somewhere? I’m interested.
This is amazing
Yeah that boat came out nice.
I saw so much opportunity for storage before the floor went in, I want one!!
I love to have a boat someday...nice build..
Thanks :)
I love this! Salute...
How did you find 16’ long aluminum sheets? Awesome job btw , looks deadly !
your video is great
thanks for yor information
Glad you enjoyed it
Great job
Great build!
Do you sell these plans?
Ficou muito show parabes pelo seu trabalho Deus te abençoe tamos juntos. E o meu sonho de possuir um barco de aluminio
Nice speed boat ❤️❤️❤️
i believe this ol dude built the boat that was strong enough for the Italian Job movie.......
Very good, nice job
Thanks :)
Nice job 👍
Thanks 👍
Interesting to see this built, well done. I am curious, why is the floor so high? and that space under the floor not used for storage? Just seems like the center of gravity is a bit high on this. But perhaps there is a reason for this..or this boat has a specific function that I am not aware of.
Nice boat.
Do you pretty much spool gun everything? Or what percentage is TIG? Does that do well for making the seams water tight? I tend to get pinholes when I MIG seams. Just started a 13’ skiff build last week!
Thank you, love it. For me, ideal would be higher rails--and I would love to see it on a dual axle trailer, why? Not weight bearing so much, yeah, I get this is more than enough. But with a dual, you can carry extra things in the boat without thinking about it--AND, when you have a high speed blow out, and it can happen, even with the tires maintained, you have an extra level of safety. Again, ideal world.
Thanks!
Higher rails are definitely an option.
Tandem axles are nice, but this rig will be going about 2km from the launch ramp to storage twice a year, on a rural road with a 60kmh speed limit, so no high speed blowouts for this one :))
Cheers!
@@EM-hu2bj I hear that, you if you can get 90 percent plus of your needs, you are great. I just always think about ideal designs, IF one starts hitting the open road, maybe to camp and fish, dual trailers can't be beat. Mine is on a single too, and I keep tires in top condition, and a spare; still in that ideal world I would take a dual any day. Fantastic boat, thanks for posting--and you can't beat that engine.
@@jimquanticI’ve been towing a single axle boat trailer for 18 years and not had a blowout. 2200 kms return trip from Australind to Shark Bay annually, we change bearings regularly, trailers been serviced and fixed as required
and I for forty years, and I too have not had a blow out. That said--and in line with boating in general a "back-up" for everything is a good idea. I carry a kicker engine--and needed it only ONCE in all these years, but still "best practice". SECOND is weight bearing, you simply have way more with a dual. @@boikebeagle
Wow fantastic bro
HADIR OM PAKET KOMPLIT, mantap bisa buat kemana saja
It's wonderful
Thank you :)
Thank you very much
How do you know what angle to cut the hull out when you first start? I saw you cut a curve, but how did you know what that should be?
good job
Can I ask for the size and thickness of the aluminum plate?
wow, impressive
Great looking design. Did you stagger the longitudinal stringers from the strakes or try to put one on top of the other with the hull sandwiched between them?
Sandwiched them :)
Nice, very good 👍
Thanks، Good job. What is the thinness of the sheet of aluminum?
dang this awesome
Wow very nice
Awesome video. What was the cost of this build?
awesome 👍..
hi everybody, someone knows what's methods are applying in the construction process?? relationship with the welding process.. pls and thanks.!
this is why I am in welding school I get to do this eventually
How many man hours did it take? It's amazing
Good job
How much is it with that size or measurement? thank you
Nice build, what do you do if water gets under the floor?
wow well done
What about the length and width of the item?
good job
Very nice work my man!!! Aluminum is not cheap these days but that thing turned out awesome. What size Honda did you put on it as I never saw the size?
Thanks! It’s a 50hp Honda
Do you have measurements and list of materials used?
Klasse gedaan
Not sure if i missed it. Would be good idea to fill underfloor with foam
Muito top show de bola ⚽️
Respect for being able to build this with just the two of you. What tool is used to make the crease on the hull sheet?
I cut a partial depth score (later welded up) and pulled the edges in with ratchet straps and chains
This is wonderful! Do you sell projects like this?
Bagus banget..pembuatan perahu 👍🤝🇮🇩
very good. can you share general plan for this boat if possible thanks.
wow
amazing
it's very nice
great skill.
what is the boat size
