This video gave false info about the dip stick when checking the oil level. DO NOT screw the dip stick, only drop it as screwing it will give in an inaccurate reading!
The owner’s manual directions for checking oil level in the lawn tractor shown in this video instructs you to “Remove oil fill cap/dipstick and wipe clean, reinsert the dipstick and screw cap tight, wait for a few seconds, remove and read oil level.” Instructions for checking the oil level in other models of lawn tractors may be different. Follow the instructions in the owner’s manual for your lawn tractor model to accurately check oil level.
Rip Van Winkle woke up and did a lawn mower tune up! Great job rip.

So that's what santa does during the summer😂.. Great video thanks.
Do you not pre fill the filter?
You could but you’d most likely spill a lot of it out trying to install it since it’s a horizontally mounted filter not vertical
@@chrisbacha5725 Oh. Mine is mounted vertically. I suppose it doesn't matter anyway

My Yt4000, it states to screw the dip stick in all the way to acquire a reading. John Deere is different but read your manual
