Also, watching this movie, I remembered how scared I was when I moved to go to university and I wanted to dedicate this video for that feeling of loneliness and premature independence.

I got choked up when I saw that the scene where she walks out of the hospital lines up with the “make it good” line ;; like she’s starting her new life being independent and that’s what she’s telling herself after rememoring all her teenage years and all the feelings and people that were there alongside that. Also the scene of her painting the walls lining up with “all the music you love at 16 you grow out of” is also so so perfect and emotional. I just loved the way you edited and synced everything up, emotes the feeling of the song and the movie incredibly well :)
