When I started this channel I was basically living in the gym but over the years I have stopped working out almost completely, I haven't played any football is years lol. Added to that my nutrition and sleeping habits have been a mess so I have been struggling physically for awhile. I had two bouts of prolonged illness this year and as such I have made the conscious decision to work a bit less for awhile. In the past two months I have completely overhauled my nutrition and sleeping patterns and started working out 5 days per week again. Still early stages but I am feeling much better healthwise and physically I'm getting stronger and leaner again. For those who keep asking about interviews I will resume those whenever I am ready to do so not before. I am trying too get back into the grove of all the things I use to do on the channel but I will not rush back.

Many ppl do not understand the significance of exercise and healthy nutrition for your physical and mental health especially when the body reaches a stage where it requires maintenance to remain healthy as we become older and progress in life...A health scare is the biggest wake up call to bring you to the realization that maintaining your health is very important to allow you to keep functioning in every day life...Glad to hear you are on the road to recovery and you are able to combat the issues that have presented themselves...This is a great inspirational video...more health...more life...more prosperity...

Mi know seh it hard fi duh a Ja since most of the foods are carbs based and di whole Island is hooked on FAST FOOD. Trust mi it works. At 55 weighing 150s, never been to the dictor other than annual checkups.
Yeah man I’ve been on a OMAD eating pattern mixed with 2MAD occasionally. My nutrition is move protein dominant with a mix of fruits/vegetables/nuts and healthy fats
Same way suh! A matter of fact, everywhere di American fast food place dem dropped, di Country health got worse. As a student going to KC inna di 80s and UWI, 90s, wi only had fast foods sparingly. Just fi treats, but nowadays, a everyday ting. No wonder we are so UNHEALTHY. Just a Food for thought. NO PUN INTENDED.
