    Very helpful video C.S. I hold the PFS the same as you, in my left hand. I am left-handed; are you a southie too. I shoot firearms and pool right-handed so tell me if I’m shooting catty’s left or right please. P.S.( I’m in Tuscaloosa: RTR.)

    • @ChuckinSteel
      @ChuckinSteel  Рік тому +2

      Thank you 👊. Most of the time, if you're left-handed, then you will hold the slingshot with your right hand. Right-handed will hold the slingshot with the left hand. That's not always correct because it mainly has to do with your dominant eye. You want your dominant eye over the bands. If you shoot a gun right-handed, then you will probably shoot a slingshot right-handed as well, which is in the left hand. ROLL 🐘 TIDE.

    Can I do that with a regular ott slingshot and get no fork hits? Tilt the forks forward and 180 twist?Great Shooting 💥

  • @bowlineobama
    @bowlineobama Рік тому +1

    This is very cool technique. Looks you have found a secret to improving the PF method. Wow!! I am very impressed. Thanks, buddy. 180 degrees. I have to remember that, and pushing the slingshot forward to avoid being hit. How do you site the target?

    • @ChuckinSteel
      @ChuckinSteel  Рік тому +1

      It shoots just a tad bit right of my normal aim point. If you try this, it's best to start out on a pfs that has some kind of gap. It's just safer to learn it that way but I push forward until the bands are about 12 or 13mm away from my frame hand. The further you can push forward without hitting your frame hand the better.

      @@edmundodonnell6636 I'm not big on pfs although I do shoot it time to time. Same way with frameless. I feel like it's just extra work to get the same desired affect 🤣 I normally shoot full butterfly, I just recently started going through some of the older bands I had cut for a very long time and they are just long draw, so iv been shooting 50% of the time long draw and 50% butterfly. • @ChuckinSteel
      @ChuckinSteel  2 роки тому +2

      I don't hit my hand but If you push too far forward you will. It works for me and now a few others. Im not a big pfs shooter but I do know and understand all slingshots and when shooting pfs it's not a question if your gonna hit your hand its when. Thats why i don't shoot them that often , well that and it's just making slingshots way more complicated than they need to be. Don't try it if you think you will hit your hand. I was just show how I shoot one. Thanks for watching.
