Sometimes simple is best. These slingshots are cheap and effective.
Great video as always man! All of those frames are awesome looking but I have a soft spot for the wendigo I own 2 customs of it an ergo and the regular one sweet frames!

If the shipping and custom fees weren't so lame to Canada, I'd definitely add Wasp Tomahawk, Outlaw & FTC. I just wish they made the Outlaw & FTC in 90mm vs 85mm
I haven't had to pay customs from wasp for some reason. The shipping is a little pricey but I love their stuff. For some reason I get stuff from wasp faster than the USA. so wierd.
@ATO I may have gotten that mixed up. On second thought, I think it was GZK shipping my rubber through the U.S. then to Canada, that hit me with ridiculous hidden cost. Wasp, it's more the shipping and exchange rate that gets ya on price. But damn they got some amazing frames, I used to be a die-hard sniper sling man, but I've officially swapped to team Wasp after becoming a dedicated thumb-braced shooter ( love my Venator )
Both guys offer a great service. I am a big fan of them both.

The Stylus is areal great frame. I have both the plastic and the Pro versions of it. I love how they fit my hand and they are easy to shoot.
I was really surprised. You wouldn't think by looking at ot that it would be comfortable but it really is.
@@ATOMark I was of the same opinion when I first saw it in Simpleshot's email. I was not going to buy it tell I watched the interview With Mark Seljan. The Slant series are just as good (maybe better) they handle heavy bands really well.

I need to get a pocketable slingshot that will take big bands for hunting. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
Thanks, Mark for sharing these slingshots. I have a question about the width of the forks. Why doesn't anyone mention the distance between the forks? My favorite homemade staff is 45 mm wide between the forks, 90mm wide total. The fork tip width is about 22mm. Does varying the fork tip width but keeping the distance between fork tips make a difference in how the staff shoots? I've seen your video on different staff widths but nothing on the changing the distance between the fork tips. Thanks for your help.
I really never worried about the fork gap I can't seem to see how it would affect my shooting at all? The width makes a big difference for me. How do you find the gap affects your shooting?
@@ATOMark Well, it may not actually be the gap that's making a difference. I do find that the same design with a gap narrower than 45mms is not easy to hit my target. I have several staffs I made of the same design and the one that is 45mm is the most consistent. I'll look at fork width to see if I can come up with a good solution. I like tinkering with different sizes. Anyway, thanks for taking time to answer.

Oh yes,I still do. I have to clean out the green one. So I switched to the black one. I keep the green one setup for my target practice the black one is for fast change over s for when I shoot videos.
So, I already have 3 of the four 😂. I gotta say ... At some point owning all the budget frames isn't so budget😅😅
