    We don't like immigration agents - the ones' that aren't authorized by ICCRC and qualified to help you with your application in exchange for money - first of all, it's not legal to do that, and second of all, it's so easy that you don't really need paid help! We are a young couple who started their Canadian Immigration journey in 2018 and moved to Canada 3 days before the pandemic hit in March 2020. Over the course of our application, we have seen so many people getting screwed over by greedy / fraudulent and unauthorized immigration consultants who promise you the world in exchange for thousands of dollars and deliver a whole lot of NOTHING; to an extent that in many cases, the applications get rejected, due to their negligence.
    Therefore, we are taking matters in our own hands. After months of research and our own experience of applying for a Canadian PR, we came up with an e-book series & this UA-cam channel which would include - errors to avoid, perfect sample documents (my own) and alternate ways of immigrating to Canada - 100 pages of absolute goldmine between these 3 e-books - no filters, no premium versions to these ebooks... everything is out there FOR FREE, for you to read and execute the process yourself! All we are doing in these ebooks is sharing our experience of applying for PR ourselves / structuring and pointing you in the right direction via various different resources that are available on IRCC's official website. The UA-cam channel will compliment the e-book and add some personality and entertainment to the entire process :-)
    Volume 1: Step by step express entry process from know nothing about immigration all the way to getting an invitation to apply (ECA, IELTS etc). Download here - www.potatotalkies.com/
    Volume 2: Post ITA express entry process - documentation, samples, POF, Proof of work, medical, biometrics all the way to getting a stamped passport ;-) Download here - www.potatotalkies.com/
    Volume 3: Alternate ways of moving to canada | Provincial Nominee program - OINP, AINP, MPNP, NSNP, SINP, RNIP and more. Download here - www.potatotalkies.com/

    Much awaited video, Big thank you for arranging it. Although, I was looking for short term certifications besides these too. As per my knowledge CHRP extends over 3 years or.may be m mistaken and that's CPHR, I'll have a look again. However, again thank you. M sure this is very valuable to many other HR professionals. Will u plz also try to connect with any PCP certified professional who could guide on this certification's demand and value? TIA 🙏 Tc and stay safe.

    • @tresbeans
      @tresbeans 2 роки тому

      CHRL takes three years, CHRP does not require work experience. HOWEVER, I would recommend doing your CKE2 and employment law 2 exams instead of the CHRP exams, because then you'll get your CHRP, and CHRL automatically after working three years instead of paying and taking two tests all over again. Bare in mind this is Ontario only, and many of the other provinces branched off to do their own thing, specifically to align with the USA SHRM system. SHRM is the gold standard imo, and will still add value to your HR role in Canada. HRPA (for Ontario) will have real value if you use it as a chance to network and meet HR folks. It's value has been contested for sure, but I think ultimately it's value comes from what you make of iy

      @@tresbeans Thank you! I was hoping to complete a Human Resources Certificate part time from York university. It's for two years. I would really appreciate your opinion.

    • @tresbeans
      @tresbeans 2 роки тому

      @@aishaahmed2429 The HR certificate programs are pretty good! Bare in mind that the content of the certificate programs will be pretty consistent across schools offering it as it will be aligned with hrpa program requirements. The coop component is probably the most valuable piece. If york guarantees a placement, that's significant. Recruiters won't care as much about where you went to school, but more about any extracurriculars and work experiences. However, I believe you do need a degree in order to get the CHRL (not necessarily in HR). In terms of getting a post grad cert, I would not say one school is better than another in Toronto, including the colleges. Whichever school is in the best location, and whichever campus appeals to you the most would be the way to go.

      I am working full time and will have to complete this certificate part time which is offered online at York. My first choice was George Brown but its offering the program full time. I've noticed on LinkedIn many professionals seeking a certificate from a college instead. There is a difference in tuition fees.

And 6 months would be completed only then. Now how IRCC or OINP would consider it. Bcz saving account won't have average balance of CAD 13k and also FD won't be there at that time. Also I need to submit documents by 14th April

    It is better to be hr in canada rather than in india. Hr are paid peanuts in india. It is because all girls are ready to work at less salary. So I would suggest all girl in india not to settle for less price when it comes to salary negotiation. Just ask salary above 15000 if you are fresher. Dont settle for 8000-10000. Please its my request. Some companies are taking advantage of you guys.

    Hey @potatotalkies , I need your thoughts on this. So now my score is 463, and have received an NOI from Ontario, and I am expecting my IQAS ECA to come in March (Current status: Assessment) which will shoot my score to 470. Should I wait for the FSW draw?? (Birthday is 18th July) or shall I go ahead with Ontario program?

      Hello @potatotalkies, I need your thoughts on this too..So I left my job in May 2020 and the salary for that amount came in August as per ‘full and final’ cheque amount. Even though I have the pay slip for May the registry of the amount is in August since that is when I received the amount. Will that be an issue while submitting salary documents?
