I have to tell you something, and I really hope you'll take it to heart. I messed up really badly when I was 26. I started using retinol and I didn't wear a sunscreen during the day, or if I did, it was just a little moisturizer with spf 15 in it at the most. I have now spent over $10,000 to try to correct the damage, and my skin is still not good. I'm 32 now. the damage happened within a couple of years, and left my skin looking like swiss cheese. I recommend the EltaMD clear sunscreen because it sits nicely and is good for all skin tones. if you like Kbeauty, I recommend the Hera Age Away sunscreen. it has antioxidants in it and it also looks really pretty on the skin.
I just use some face wash usually. The downside with sunscreen is that it only past for so long before you have to reapply. Most days when I work, I’m there early in the morning so am not outside for more than a couple of minutes. I do use sunscreen when I know I’m going to be outside for a chunk of time, especially in the summer/hot temp weather.

I love the look of disgust when the " guy " asks all those self serving questions like when can we do it again ?!?!? I worked in Saudi Arabia for 2 years at a local hospital of theirs. The muslim law there makes it so a woman has NO RIGHT EVER to say no to sex to her husband, The Muslim law gives the man the right to even beat her to death if she refuses! Well, this woman who was about 3 days post partum came in, was very weak, near passing out and the doctor had to see her. Turns out that even though a woman should wait something like 1 month before sex again after giving birth, he didn't care less, and that woman's husband was screwing her starting about 12 hrs after giving birth. She nearly bled to death over this guys second head ripping everything back open and worse. Women have to put up with the worst hell and torture there is !
omg that story is so infuriating and heartbreaking to hear 💔 especially the fact that things like that likely happen far more often that most ppl in western culture are aware of :( so so heartbreaking that many women are disrespected and abused like that

I just used some Saint Ives scrub tonight, haha. I don’t use it all the time though. I also make sure my face is wet first. Also, if anything gives me cancer it will be burnt marshmallows. I like ‘em blackened.
I have the same issue with my bf. When I got my nexplanon implant replaced, I couldn't do anything for a week (could with condoms, choose not to due to anxiety) and he tried to pressure me to give him oral for the week. It's such a shitty feeling cuz now I constantly feel pressured into sex and I feel that's all I'm good for to him. It was more about when can we get back to it than, how are you feeling this week and is it healing okay? Not once has he ever asked me about the healing process or how my anxiety was doing when I tried to explain to him that I didn't want to risk pregnancy while the hormones kicked back in, it honestly felt like he was mad at me for making that decision than disregarding my safety for his pleasure. I don't understand how a man can be so selfish with a woman's body.
I think I misread that, I think it should say EX boyfriend. But really that guy is a total twat, dump him and find someone who isn’t going to treat you like you’re his blow up doll. Or tell him he has 2 hands and the internet, go take care of it by himself. He doesn’t care about your health, your body, or anything else but his own gratification. Those are not good traits of a partner.
I know for some people the Apricot Scrubs hurt, I've been using them for about 35yrs now. Started with St.Ives Apricot Scrub and Nivea face crème, the only time I've had blemishes was Adult Acne 😖😖😖, no longer, my complexion is fine again. Now I buy Equate which is Walmarts versions, after I use it I use Clean and Clear Acne 1.5% Salicylic Acid Moisturizer. Then sometimes a Tea Tree Oil and Hyaluronic 1.5% Acid Serum and Facial Moisturizer I purchased from Dollar Tree for $1.25. My complexion is one people when I was younger people thought I was wearing makeup when I wasn't. I'm pretty much still there just older, what works for me doesn't always works for others. What the dermatologist said is correct, the simpler your routine is the better. Have a great one✌✌✌✌✌💜💜💜💜💜
my main cleanser is a bar of ivory soap and I use a burts bees cleansing cream after to add in more moisture. Then I use the elf holy/super hydrations depending on if its night or daytime.
I use baking soda with a little water as a weekly exfoliant for my face. I don't have any adverse affects, minus needing extra moisturizer afterwards. Though I don't know if you recommend something else? Or is baking soda ok to use?
I have never used anything on my face. When I told a dermatologist that I use soap and water and then I use a cream and the dermatologist said obviously my skin doesn't need a lot product. I never used make-up and it always felt like there was stuff crawling on my face.
It's not called gauging. It's called stretching. A proper process of stretching is incredibly gradual and should take months and months and months, potentially years depending on what your end goal is. Going slow avoids causing tearing and thinning and lowers risk of the lobe actually breaking.
I hardly leave my house so I don't use sunscreen, and I haven't found a moisturizer that doesn't make me break out, My skincare routine is: facewash every time I shower. I shower every 2-4 days. I only get pimples on my off week of birth control lol
As humans we've been eating charred meat since the literal beginning. I'm far more concerned about the cancer causing chemicals in literally everything. Wall paint, cars, furniture, plastic wrap, processed foods, pesticides, growth retardants, medications that we find out years later cause cancer (Zantac anyone?) even non cancer things like the blue light destroying my vision lol!
Ngl I have very thick skin that has keratosis and dry spots so I do use the st Ives green tea and bamboo scrub like once a week while I shower 😅 I love it tbh.
I went to see a Mary Kay lady with my bestie recently, and I wanna know, does it matter how much I pay for skin care? I get Walmart skin care products. She told me I'm prolly buying products that dont work well. She also gave me a super abrasive scrub to rub all over my face that made my face burn for days. I mentioned I had sensitive skin but she didnt really think it was the exfoliator. I however am positive that's what it was.
Everything she said was to try to get you to buy from her. She cares about your money, not your skin. If you are happy with your Walmart skincare, keep doing it!
@@lolosmith Yeah I figured, I did like a couple of their products. Their lip balm and lotion are really nice. However I do enjoy most of my skincare more. We had originally thought this meet up was to be a spa type moment until I realized we were applying the products ourselves in her dining room 😂. I immediately knew afterward that this was to get more money. This lady also claimed that beeswax was awful for your skin because it makes your skin stop making their natural oils or something so you need more of their product. Not sure if that's true, would you know? I'm pretty sure its not
Skip all that crap - the cheapest pure stuff you can get is sometimes the best. Jojoba oil or Shea butter are 2 fantastic moisturising oils that are cheap and effective, plus do not contain any of the added crap that so many others do (ie synthetic perfumes, parabens, drying alcohols, etc). You can often buy both of those from bulk food places, or from online shops. Plus both of those oils can be used not just on your face, but for cracked heels, sunburn, dry skin, dry lips, etc. As for a skin cleanser, natural soaps are often just as good as fancy gel cleansers, I personally use the “100% Pure” brand lavender shower gel as a face cleanser as it’s gentle but still removes the excess oil and makeup etc. I can’t speak much on sunscreen as I don’t go out in the sun enough to need any usually, and when I do I wear long cotton clothing and use a big hat so I don’t get burnt. But the “WotNot” or “Edible Beauty” brands are both ones I have used before when I want to go swimming.
@@peanutpie5042 it is really drying, I follow it up with a hyaluronic acid serum. That helps a lot. But I totally get how it might over dry the skin on some people because it does dry my skin out a little
I have stretched earlobes, I've had gauges since 12 y/o and it's a miracle I never blew my ears out 😅😅 I've had friends who have though, and yes they dangle like that. But it's much worse DURING the injury than the dangle afterwards. Moral of the story is don't stretch until you're ready lol. I never looked anything up, I just went by my intuition and what I felt my body was telling me, and it worked ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Don't force anything. Big ear lobes are cool but don't be in a rush because it does take a long time, it's worth it to take it slow.
What I mean by worse during, is it usually slowly tears apart. So imagine string cheese, and imagine peeling a piece off, you see those stringy bits of cheese holding on and peeling, it's like that only with horizontal tension 💀 sometimes it looks like the two sides of the earlobes are attached by a thread of flesh. Gnarly stuff, but then again it's literally ripping flesh so what do you expect.
That lady's ear is exactly why i wont go any bigger than a 2g. My mom actually had an earring do that ( a regular one) wearing heavy earrings in the 80s. She said she didnt even feel it. I dont wanna find out lol
No emergency situation would require a surgeon to skip scrub. A medic would put pressure on an arterial bleed, but that is in a trauma, and that won’t call for a plastic surgeon. Plastic surgeons come in after the immediate threat to life is addressed, then they address the psychological effects of injury. Cosmesis is incredibly important when recovering from surgery, but in an emergency it’s not the top priority.
I’d say in a situation like after the surgery when they’re in recovery area, if the patient suddenly started haemorrhaging and required being rushed back into surgery to stop the bleeding.
Processed meat has, as it was classified as group 1. Red meat however was classified group 2A as carcinogenic for colorectal cancer, which means they have found correlation but there is not enough evidence to be sure.
I love to barbeque chicken and sometimes it is a little over done. When that happens I wonder if it just as dangerous as burnt beef. I knew about burnt beef for quite awhile now.
I happen to love St. Ives scrub but just like with any products if you abuse it, it will not give the desired results. Don't rub it like there's no tomorrow, do it gently like the product says.
Did I mention I don't really do skin care, I only use dead sea soap and that's it. The St. Ive's I just borrowed it and it's hard to find in the Phils.
I'm just wondering can they make the breast implants be filled with fillers with the properties of silicone because real silicone is not ideal if it leaked.
It bothers me that neither you nor any of the other individuals in the TikToks who mention retinoids give the disclaimer about it not being safe for pregnancy.
1:10 it's not called "gauging" your ears, it's called "stretching"! A gauge is a unit of measurement, that would be like saying "centimetering" your ears. Jewelery for stretched ears is measured in gauges, millimeters, or fractions of an inch. The act of enlarging a piercing hole to fit larger jewelery is called stretching.
apparently its commonly referred to as gauging by people who dont really do it and its also commonly corrected by people like you 🤣 im not making a statement btw just stating what ive observed throughout the years on youtube

I’m 37 and people still think I’m in my 20’s at times because I don’t yet have wrinkles or even grey hair. To me when it comes to products, less is more. I only use the bare minimum on my skin and only as needed
Nivea so itchy on my skin. Only SPF I found I can use is Hawaiian. The no sent face one.
Doctors pee really fast. I’m a scribe. Every doc I work for they’re like “I’m gonna take a bathroom break” and they’re back in like .2 seconds
Ewww that man is gross and deserves sodimy see how he likes being screwed to death
omg that story is so infuriating and heartbreaking to hear 💔 especially the fact that things like that likely happen far more often that most ppl in western culture are aware of :( so so heartbreaking that many women are disrespected and abused like that
this is a perversion of islamic law. in the quran this is not allowed but to keep control of the population saudi arabia distorts islam in order to serve its own needs
My ex husband did that to me, and we werent even muslim. He was just very selfish and narcissistic. Even told the doc in the delivery room to 'add a few stitches to tighten it up'. My first exam I was very angry to be told I had stitches ripped out. Very disgusting person. We're divorced now.
@@blschafer4310 I'm so sorry that happened to you, that's horrendous. Congrats on getting away from him, I know how hard it can be to escape a narcissists psychological hold on you - you're very strong 🖤🖤
Old video, but your hair looks so great!
5:15
Well, it's a good thing I'm picky and won't eat something that tastes like, well, "burnt".
I had a hysterectomy nearly 12 weeks ago, my husband STILL won't "get it on" with me even though the doctor gave us the all clear because he has read about a possible complication of the cuff rupturing. He has promised on my birthday we will....in FEBRUARY
omg 😂😭😭 sounds frustrating for you but it is definitely refreshing to hear of husbands who exercise basic respect towards their partners bodies like that, not only not complaining but being extra careful!? love to see it
At first I read that as "12 years ago" and thought wow lucky your birthday isn't in October 😅
@@jemhams I’m glad I’m not the only one who misread it as 12 years 😂
wow i loved this video im subscribing for more, ty for adding tiktoks i dont like to go tiktok itself :)
The chard bits are the best
I just used some Saint Ives scrub tonight, haha. I don’t use it all the time though. I also make sure my face is wet first.
Also, if anything gives me cancer it will be burnt marshmallows. I like ‘em blackened.
“We’ll, you should marry your right hand “ 🤣😂😅🤭🌭💪
Those are not good traits of a partner.
i hope you broke up with him. you deserve better. sex should never feel like an obligation. i hope you're doing better ❤
His expression is always so funny lmAOOO
Gauge earrings look so cool but the possible issue with tearing is why I would never do it
Sometimes more extreme piercers who also do different body mods will stitch gauged ears back together.
Those charged pieces of meat are the best part! Burnt ends are the best food ever.
"When you char your meat" **laughs in vegetarian** I AM IMMUNE TO YOUR PETTY ATTEMPTS AT MURDER!
Same goes for non-animal products. Some vegetables, like broccoli, are great just a little burned on top.
Diaper outside of the pants sounds familiar like Jeffy
Wait, tranexamic acid is also used for hyper-pigmentation? I was prescribed it for abnormal bleefimg
It's not called gauging. It's called stretching.
A proper process of stretching is incredibly gradual and should take months and months and months, potentially years depending on what your end goal is. Going slow avoids causing tearing and thinning and lowers risk of the lobe actually breaking.
7:40 I’m very pale, so I already do this, but use a tinted sunscreen. Better than foundation!
And paper hot cups, paper take out food containers (PFAS)
If charred meat is bad, does that mean charred marshmallows are, too?
Char is bad. Meat, mallows, wood…. But it’s tasty so you have to mitigate between the two.
Yes! Dr. Sebis research has shown that anything charred or burnt is terrible for you!
Two places never to take your spouse - Your cosmetic surgeon's office and the labour room. 'Nuff said...
I'm pretty sure its not
The Mary Kay is an salelady to only get your money💰, she could care less giving a good advice for skin care.
I love St Ives. But just once a week and you don't rub, you just move your fingers around so very very gently.
Baking soda and water will do the exact same thing without damaging your skin and it costs under a dollar.
@@allisonharranmua8193 I've tried that and I found it very drying but it was a gentle exfoliate.
@@peanutpie5042 it is really drying, I follow it up with a hyaluronic acid serum. That helps a lot. But I totally get how it might over dry the skin on some people because it does dry my skin out a little
I'm wondering if the one meme picture of Jin from BTS was why this video was recommended for me 😆😆😆
5:54
I was actually concerned
Oooh I love my St. Ives haha
I never looked anything up, I just went by my intuition and what I felt my body was telling me, and it worked ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Don't force anything.
Hasn’t this one been uploaded before?
I can only use milk loction , nivia or ponds everything else allergic to.
OMG I love burnt bbq food 😭
Dr. Youn looks like Glenn from The Walking Dead
I noticed when I consume junk food, my skin acts up... If not, it's good 👍 i dont use much products. Just pure soap and moisturizer 👌
WHAT so no asking nurse for pee bucket during surgery😂😢😂 and asking the nicest nurse to aim it😊
love the video 😁😂❤️
Wondering what emergency situation would require a plastic surgeon to skip scrubbing?
No emergency situation would require a surgeon to skip scrub. A medic would put pressure on an arterial bleed, but that is in a trauma, and that won’t call for a plastic surgeon. Plastic surgeons come in after the immediate threat to life is addressed, then they address the psychological effects of injury. Cosmesis is incredibly important when recovering from surgery, but in an emergency it’s not the top priority.
I’d say in a situation like after the surgery when they’re in recovery area, if the patient suddenly started haemorrhaging and required being rushed back into surgery to stop the bleeding.
@@elenalizabeth Good answer
Face routine Wash, lotion, rare makeup use. No issues.
hilarious, a person cutting the burned bits off their meat while washing down with an alcoholic beer and consuming sugar
I lived with a guy who stretched his earlobes with chopsticks... From our utensil drawer.
🤢 into the bin with those
@@elenalizabeth yeah, that was the house consensus
This is so funny, I didn't think men would ask.
The St Ives scrub! 😆As soon as he pulled that tube out, I knew what it was!
Red and processed meats have been classed as carcinogens by the World Health Organisation, charred or not.
Processed meat has, as it was classified as group 1. Red meat however was classified group 2A as carcinogenic for colorectal cancer, which means they have found correlation but there is not enough evidence to be sure.
I wouldn't eat processed meats.
The WHO is completely corrupt
@jarik9 f Yes, they have found enough evidence to say it "probably" causes cancer. That's enough for me.
I love to barbeque chicken and sometimes it is a little over done. When that happens I wonder if it just as dangerous as burnt beef. I knew about burnt beef for quite awhile now.
Charred anything is bad, really
Died at Elmo
I happen to love St. Ives scrub but just like with any products if you abuse it, it will not give the desired results. Don't rub it like there's no tomorrow, do it gently like the product says.
Did I mention I don't really do skin care, I only use dead sea soap and that's it. The St. Ive's I just borrowed it and it's hard to find in the Phils.
I'm just wondering can they make the breast implants be filled with fillers with the properties of silicone because real silicone is not ideal if it leaked.
Maybe that would be tremendously expensive.
IS YOUR NAME F-ING JUDY?!?!?
That last one tho
My granny likes eating this burned meat parts and I always tell her how gross it is and that it can cause cancer!
Well Dr. you put it out there, so you might just have to go #2 now during a surgery! Sorry! Blessings and Peace ✝️❤️
I still wanna see proof on these “microtears”
Me - wonders why anyone would want stretched earlobes. (Looks at giant spider lashes) OK, I get it.
It bothers me that neither you nor any of the other individuals in the TikToks who mention retinoids give the disclaimer about it not being safe for pregnancy.
It’s called stretching of the earlobes, doctor. Not gauging
of course you were never relaxed enough to go #2 durring a surgery lmao
You shouldn't have said it.. wait for that #2
*A Lot of Videos I've seen recently:* Your skincare routine--
*Me, and my wet face rag:* My what?
😂😂😂
1:10 it's not called "gauging" your ears, it's called "stretching"! A gauge is a unit of measurement, that would be like saying "centimetering" your ears. Jewelery for stretched ears is measured in gauges, millimeters, or fractions of an inch. The act of enlarging a piercing hole to fit larger jewelery is called stretching.
apparently its commonly referred to as gauging by people who dont really do it and its also commonly corrected by people like you 🤣 im not making a statement btw just stating what ive observed throughout the years on youtube
Nobody cares what you think😅
I eat antioxidants so I can eat charred food.
6:18 do you really think you should drink on the job...come on doc.
Charred meat only marginally increases risk of cancer
Soon she will need a new eye fixture.. with all that eye weave she is wearing 🤪
How did she wreck her ear in the first place 🤷♀️
Oh wow am I here early
I burn my bacon on purpose then I eat it I'm screwed

....and please remember, you are not fine the way you are. you need make-up, jewelry, clothing, surgery in order to be a good person.
I percanully dont think ear gages look fashinibule. I think it's kinda gross and weird looking. But that's just my opinion and I can care less of whut peapole do to themselves.
