[MHW:IB | PC] The Place Where Winter Sleeps (AT Velkhana) - SnS 3'31"41

I didn't particularly grind for it. Basically just applying my TA Wiki experience into heroics. RNG was decent, but I can still be faster given that I didn't drop the rocks and I missed the final PR hit when it's stunned.
I also used fexty mod for this run since I'm not that serious at running anymore.
