My GOPRO under the Russell Fields Pier in Panama City Beach, MASSIVE activity!

I routinely lower my GOPRO with a hand line into the water at both piers in Panama City Beach, Florida and always see interesting things, usually lots of fish activity. This particular time there was a large school of baitfish swimming by the pier for days and lots of other common "pier" fish.
