Hello hoping for response , is receipt notice same as acceptance notice? I need to add a case but i cant because theres no access code below the notice date, incase they are different how long it will take before they send an acceptance notice after they send the receipt notice?
I recently submitted an I-130 in a January and the original processing time said 5 months. On March 20th, the processing time said 3 months. However, when I checked the processing time on March 27th a processing time increased to 9 months. Any reason why?

If I’m filling the for i485 and I’m going to move in a month, should I use another address for the mailing?? And it is not gonna be a red flag if my physical and my mailing address are not the same??

My H1B case receipt number not received yet from the USCIS. The petition is submitted in June. Is there any delay occurs normally in getting and how we get it online or offline? please request you let me know. It helps to understand.
@@TheRohan1122 the application was submitted through a consultancy in june...they told us that usics must have lost our file and nothing can be done now
@@dineshR-gk6tz nothing could be done regarding the lost petition but they returned our money atleast. You should file a complaint if they dont return the money. USICS dont charge the money if they did not receive the package. Looks like they are doing a fraud with you
@@dineshR-gk6tz Did they give you any proof that they sent the package? Any tracking number for the package they sent? If they don't provide you any proof, then they are scamming you for sure. As per the Law, no company is allowed to take money from the employee for filing the petition. Its illegal. You can threaten them to file a complaint and get your money back. Our consultancy took 1.5 lakhs from us and returned all of it back.

Mine was 8 months then a few days later 6 months then 6 weeks then 2 weeks then 1 week till this morning and then it said it is gonna take longer to process unbelievable.and this is for i130 my god
