my wife and I got a RFE for our adjustment of status case last year that was just ridiculous! First of all, they misspelled my wife's name. not just a little bit, but a lot! They made up a fake last name for my wife that doesnt even exist! they also claimed that we never sent in our bank documents or leasing info, which we did. we hired an immigration attorney immediately and cleaned everything up. we were approved recently, but it still stayed in the back of my head. How did they lose the evidence we mailed in? how could they misspell my wife's name so badly?
Application for family mbr sent a year and half ago. Never got receipt notice but tracking show delivery. After 1 year 6 months they cash check as ach debit, no receipt number and did not provide copy of the check. No body in uscis knows where the application is but yes they charge $930 to my family mbr.

My citizenship interview was set for July 16 2021. Then on the 7 th of July 2021 they send me a cancel letter. As of today October 27. 2022 I haven't heard anything from them. I am so disappointed
The main purpuse and action from USCIS is to play dump and redirect your call to another representevie or organisation. I mean u call them whatever question u have about ur case or USCIS issues, they will redirect to go to their office as they say - "Im only reseptionist/telephone guy/girl her, and dont know in depth ur question u should go there or call here" It is basicly all they do and all they can do, jus tto say that they dont anything and redirect ur issue
My sister in law received a green card denied notice. Then 2 days later she received a green card awarded notice. Talk about her roller coaster emotions. Oh she got her green card
Jim please reply me . I have to renew my green card which was CR1 . It was expire 2019 I re-applied and gave my biometric . Still nothing . Every time it says 18 months or so but it is already overdue . I called so many times and they say wait z what should I do please give me some advice. Thank you 🙏
Do you have any idea in what order applicants are being reviewed for parole 134a? I am overly qualified and my app has been sitting since the 13th whereas they are approving some from the 23rd

Jim, I am S African, born in Ethiopia as an Indian citizen. Applied thru US Citizen brother for family migration in 2010..12 yrs ago! How inefficient. My kids willbe over 21 when they wake up! I am actually doing quite well - post grad and so is ly wife. Why do you guys want people when they aee old? Also when they have even shelved any plans on what to do when one gets there. Is it that difficult to do paper work? Heard about computers?
