If the segment discussing mindful decluttering really spoke to you, consider checking out Hannah Louise Poston’s channel - she mostly creates beauty content, but she is just an absolute shining star of an example of mindful consumption. It was her content (especially her video “The Problem With Declutters on UA-cam”) that inspired me to include that conversation in this video, because while the conversation surrounding beauty is a bit different than that surrounding fashion, I find her overarching message of introspection and responsibility to be incredibly meaningful.
