Tier List for patch 14.9 - League of Legends

Huge balance changes are already in League of Legends. In this video I made a tier list for all champions that were nerfed and buffed in patch 14.9. I will make more content about League of Legends soon.

as a jinx otp shes still pretty busted but only if u got experience mainly cause of her passive. the item changes might effect her but her R cd isn't too big a deal just a slight annoyance

None of these are very accurate lmao. Olaf is not a D tier champ whatsoever and even with the nerf, he's still extremely abusable.

Mabye in certain matchups, but generaly jungle Olaf is D tier www.op.gg/champions/olaf/build/jungle.

Yes, Olaf top is strong. I made this tier list based on op.gg stats and toplane Olaf is in C tier www.op.gg/champions/olaf/build/top.

@@DoransShield "C tier" and "Strong" are not synonymous. C tier means average. This is how I know the people at these websites have no idea what they're talking about

Yes, it says "OP" - "A" tier depends on rank, in my video i put Jinx in A tier.
