i have the same keyboard as u, u only have to start ngeunity and then close and end the task via task manager. So u dont have to deinstall the application.

Once you save the profile to the keyboard, go to Task Manager in Windows, and kill the HyperX process.

you can also disable NGENUITY in autorun and restart your pc

You can do it without deleting it. Just disable it in the startups and end the task in the task manager after you're done using it
