I think the biggest and most important study would be measuring the consiousness. We are the universe experiencing itself. To me, It sounds like we created the universe for ourselfs for us to physically exist.

No, that don't mean it came from star dust. Those elements are in the soil of this earth. It's amazing how the God of the bible says he made man from the dust of this earth and they say we came from the dust of a star. Why is there no life on the stars? Why do the dust need to come off the star and find it's way to earth in order to form life? Why hasn't the stars turned into people yet? Ding Dong! Star dust can do nothing on its own. God made us from the dust on this earth, If you wanna believe we came from dust.

When the helium fuel runs out, the core will expand and cool. The upper layers will expand and eject material that will collect around the dying star to form a planetary nebula. Finally, the core will cool into a white dwarf and then eventually into a black dwarf. This entire process will take a few billion years.

They explained it in the video! Gas & dust clouds spin and eventually become dense & hot enough to collapse. Once they collapse they start the process of nuclear fusion (this is what our star does to produce light aka energy). Once they near the end of their life they start to fuse hydrogen into heavier and heavier elements. To my understanding once the sun is out of fuel to fuse, and has run down the list of elements including iron (the one that does not give off anymore energy) gravity finally wins the battle. While stars produce energy they push outwards , with no more fuel gravity wins....they collapse on their core and boom! A Nova/supernova occurs and they eject those heavier elements into space. Eventually these elements form clouds of dust and gas and collapse to start the process all over :)
