Thanks man. I am really enjoying it. Getting great MPG and is actually really fun to drive. When I get the maintenance bits done and aesthetics up to my standard I may look into some diesel tuning.
@Wayne Randy for just $1 a day I have made millions with @stevemcfriddle and company! Please send me $1 and I will Make you rich. It’s incredible! Don’t delay!
No thankfully I didn’t need to as they are just springs so the oem mounting points for the end links are in the same place. However I would always recommend changing them if you do replace springs. When it’s just springs replace for oem size but go for a set of Meyle branded. If you go for coilovers chances are you will need shorter droplinks. Hope this helps.
@@jambigreg2008 these are just lowering springs so coilovers will be quicker as you won’t need to mess around with spring clamps etc. You will more than likely need to get smaller drop links though if you haven’t already. These are just 50mm drop all around if I remember correctly
@@benwalsh4440 Aye the Coilovers that i have got come with shortened drop links, so i wont have the need to be getting a spring clamp/compressor to get the top mounts?
Can we just all take a moment and appreciate that man just installed lowering springs all round with nothing other than a breaker bar 😂
I recently upgraded to a breaker bar with a ratchet. So I guess you could say things are getting quite big time over here.
Love the new daily!

17 Inch Wheels?
Oh no. 17s never look good on a 46. 18s always
How mm ?
@@antonioangelov4513 for what? The spring drop?
@@benwalsh4440 yes Bro
@@antonioangelov4513 50mm if I remember correctly. Come drop your car off and I will drop yours for you.
How long did it take to do all corners?
Not that long. I didn’t push myself or rush so maybe 2 hours. My front drop links where pretty rusty so they had to be cut off which was a PITA
@@benwalsh4440 Fair one, got some coilovers for my touring. what mm did you go for in end? nice quick response by the way

@@jambigreg2008 does your coilovers come with strut top mounts or do you need to take the ones from your oem shocks?
