Good job! You got lucky that end cap came off that easy. The spanner wrenches aren't that expensive off Amazon. I just recently did my first one, a lift cylinder on my Bobcat S300. I wasn't as lucky. The one seal didn't shrink enough in the groove, and I caught it on a thread upon installation. Luckily, I have a hydraulic shop about 20 minutes from me that had a better version of that seal, and it went in perfectly. Next time screw the overpriced OEM seal kits. I will just take the piston in and have them sell/install the seals and I can reassemble it in the cylinder. It will cost less than half of the Bobcat kit. Keep the vids coming, nice work.
Ok thanks but I didn't put it in there because I didn't find that part in the cylinder so I hope it doesn't give me any issues thanks for watching and thanks for your feedback 👍👍
We need a tour of your truck.
I've been saying I'm going to do a rig tour at 1000 subs. Thanks for watching 👍

Thanks. I've not been as lucky with hydraulics shops so that's why I started doing all my seals myself. Thanks for watching 👍
The little pin is to lock rod guide to barrel so it does not turn loose
