This will always be the most perfect English translation of Tell Your World I've ever heard. It's not directly word-for-word but it expresses the *feeling* of the song so beautifully and poetically in the way it's structured, even painting the image of lines and shapes becoming a sphere, progressively building with each chorus... "The sound is growing more, I'm shaken to my core, believing it's what I'm here for" as the turning point in the bridge is so moving it brought me to tears. Cillia's gorgeous tuning and the crystal clear pronunciation heightens it so much too.
She definitely sounds more natural (and like herself), and something I won't cringe at when I see english-speaking people react to her for the first time. It's still not perfect, but it sounds more like those songs on the radio that you just can't understand all the lyrics to even though it's in english. lol

I know I'm two years late, but I'm so glad you posted the lyrics. I was able to memorize it within just a few hours thanks to you, so thank you very much for this, I'm truly grateful. (I'm not being sarcastic by the way, I really mean it. I feel I should point that out because people tend to mistake my sincerity for sarcasm)
I can definitely see what people mean when they prefer the original V2 version, and honestly I agree too. HOWEVER, I will say that the english translation as well as the tuning make this a treat for a song I've listened to so many times. You can hear more Japanese in the 'accent', (I guess you would call it?) but some of the notes, when they're sung, *they actually give me literal chills*. There's quite a few scattered throughout the song (mostly they're at the end of a lyric), but Miku sounds like a completely different singer in these parts, in the best way. There's more of a human-like quality in those notes. It made me love this song all over again, and I really shouldn't be surprised since it's coming from you, the Tuning Queen (I still can't get over Mahou and even Rolling Girl with Shuu, I mean _good lord_ those are still perfection in my eyes XD) ANYWAYS, I'm done rambling. Thank you so much for making this cover, especially since it took much more work to do than the norm. We truly do appreciate it so much, even if many of us don't say it. In a few months I'll be 21... I've been gathering a list of songs I've loved and helped carried me thru the years to play as music in the background. Miku was my Wifu, and while... Well, Miku V3 won't stop being a low quality english vocaloid because of the update. Miku V4 is another voicebank, with different recordings, different process. People using Miku V3 will still have troubles.

As far as I noticed, the only english vocaloids with an accent as weird as Miku English V3 is probably Macne Nana and Sonika... However Macne Nana doesn't mumbles the words like Miku does and Sonika has a clear and well pronounced british accent when her phonetics are handled properly.
+Fingersoop I Actually, I referring to accents in general, NOT other VOCALOIDS' accents. I'll have you know, I _have_ heard other VOCALOIDS' English. And you are correct. There _are_ VOCALOIDS with better English than Miku's. VOCALOIDS such as Luka, Cyber Diva, Ruby and Gumi (Gumi's is just _amazing_). However, sometimes, I believe that things can improve. That they _change_. Yes, I admit that Miku's English may be somewhat crappy, but it's improving.

Miku English V4 is a different package, a different software. So nobody will eat any words, Miku English V3 will still be as it is. Megpoid English is a good voicebank, I'm expecting Internet Co. to update her for V4 and fix most of her original issues.

In a few months I'll be 21... I've been gathering a list of songs I've loved and helped carried me thru the years to play as music in the background.
Miku was my Wifu, and while... I spend more time with real girls now then with her, I still think of her as my number one, and this is one of my FAV English songs of her's... so, I just thought I'd say this list will be somewhere on this 100 song list... thanks so much for making it, I used to struggle with emotions alot, and I never truly knew how to go about 'feelings' I'm not perfect but I still use miku as some kind of direction... she's not here, she's not real but I'm crazy about her... says alot about feelings XD

I think people who insulted Miku's V3 Voicebank are gonna eat their words.
Well, Miku V3 won't stop being a low quality english vocaloid because of the update.
Miku V4 is another voicebank, with different recordings, different process. People using Miku V3 will still have troubles.
Fingersoop I Well, I suppose that _is_ true... but overall, I actually think that Miku's V3 English was never really "low quality", it just needed a bit of improving. Trust me, compared to other accents I've heard, she actually has decent English.

As far as I noticed, the only english vocaloids with an accent as weird as Miku English V3 is probably Macne Nana and Sonika... However Macne Nana doesn't mumbles the words like Miku does and Sonika has a clear and well pronounced british accent when her phonetics are handled properly.

And you are correct. There _are_ VOCALOIDS with better English than Miku's. VOCALOIDS such as Luka, Cyber Diva, Ruby and Gumi (Gumi's is just _amazing_). However, sometimes, I believe that things can improve. That they _change_. Yes, I admit that Miku's English may be somewhat crappy, but it's improving.

Miku English V4 is a different package, a different software. So nobody will eat any words, Miku English V3 will still be as it is.
Megpoid English is a good voicebank, I'm expecting Internet Co. to update her for V4 and fix most of her original issues.
